The room was in great condition. We loved the hot tub and fireplace. Still disappointed that the pool is not functioning every New Year’s Eve. Always down for maintenance. We have family members that might like to come to Yorkton on New years Eve with us but if they are going to pay for a hotel it must have a pool for their kids to enjoy.
The packed breakfast just isn’t right. I didn’t appreciate it last year and this year it was worse. I for one cannot eat bagels - they are too dense for my stomach/system. This year there was boiled eggs in a bag … they smelled horrible and had a brown liquid all around them. I have a picture if you would like me to send it to you. Also the bread and bagel in one of our bags was just shoved into the same large ziploc bag with the yogurt, apple and orange. One of the apples is full of bruises (also have a picture). For A large chain of hotels like Quality Inn I would expect more. A bag breakfast is just not acceptable - especially when it’s not being packed properly.
