"Loved the well appointed space. Had a desk chair and folding table in the closet that we used as a desk. The variety of outdoor spaces is fantastic and are appropriate for a variety of weather. Nice grill as well. Shower is a little small but otherwise fine. Has Starlink Internet which is huge for speed and streaming. Had some issues with voice dropping on MS Teams but the cell coverage in the area (Verizon) is good enough to get a stable voice connection."

"The home is absolutely gorgeous! The location is perfect and the host is very kind, offers his services as your concierge and means it! We contacted him frequently to review our plans and recommendations from someone who is a local. He never steered us wrong. The entire family had a great time and we are already planning for another stay in York and will certainly book this beautiful home. Trust me it’s even nicer than the pictures suggest."

"This is a wonderful place to get away. The views are good. A storm came by but only made for choppy waves rather than worries of the ocean coming up to the house. I was chilled at entry only as they were trusting the heating system to come up to snuff quickly and it was just short of instantaneous! The blowers for the heating drowned out the sounds of the waves at times but was so reassuring too. The bed was very comfortable and firm. I ventured up to the loft for the view, but had no need to...
