This gorgeous eco home is located in the tranquil neighbourhood of Derwenthorpe. Having been recently renovated, this well appointed property offers a relaxing retreat for guests.

Featuring three well-sized bedrooms, a lovely outdoor space off the living area, and a driveway for one vehicle, it’s the perfect location for exploring all that York has to offer. Whether you’re exploring the city or the surrounding areas, this charming property is ideal for a short or long term stay.

This modern, comfortable eco home offers a memorable, stay for up to 5 guests.

On entry to the house, guests will immediately notice the beautiful, modern design of this stylish abode.

From the main hallway, step into the spacious open-plan living and dining area, designed to make guests feel right at home. A large, plush corner sofa offers ample seating, setting the tone for a modern, stylish space to relax and unwind. A 60" Smart TV with access to streaming services like Amazon Prime (guests will need to use their own logins) and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay.

Flooded with natural light from the garden, the bespoke dining table offers the ideal setting for shared meals and conversation.

Just down the hallway, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring all the essentials: a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine—everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay. A downstairs W/C adds to the practicality of the space.

Upstairs, two double bedrooms and a single room are thoughtfully styled with comfort in mind. The second double bedroom includes a desk and chair—perfect for remote working. Each bedroom offers generous storage and comes with professionally laundered linens for a restful night's sleep.

The family bathroom is tastefully designed and features a washbasin, full-sized bath with overhead shower, and W/C.

Outside, a sun-drenched patio provides a serene spot to relax or entertain, offering the perfect blend of comfort and calm. With its own dedicated parking directly opposite the property, this is a rare gem—ideal for both getaways and extended stays.

There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a SPAR within a 5 minute walk, alternatively there is Morrisons and Waitrose Supermarkets on Foss Island for all you shopping needs which is a 10 drive on the A1036.

Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.

This property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
