  • Our Gorgeous Cocoa Suites apartments are our new stylish studio apartmens located in the perfect city centre location, just a short stroll away from Yorks biggest attractions such as Bettys Tea Room, The York Minster and much much more!
    The apartment is located in The Rowntree Wharf development which is steeped in history and is considered to be York's finest industrial building. This astonoshing building was changed into flats and offices in 1989 and long before that was used as Rowntree and Cos Navigation Warehouse.
    Set in a quiet and tranquil riverside setting in the heart of the city of York, this cosy apartment is the perfect choice for a weekend escape to York.
    Heading into the historic building, you will be shocked to find extremely modern and stylish interior from the building entrance to the apartment door. Into the apartment you will see the studio is decorated to a extremely high standard with many original architectural features including exposed brickwork.
    The apartment comprises a Luxurious bathroom with a spacious walk in shower, A sytlish kitchen area with the added benifit of undercounter lighting, led spotlights and high spec fixtures and fittings. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, all utensils and appliances are there for your use including a brand new induction hob, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster. The apartment also offers a Generously sized Living/Sleeping area. The living space includes an extensive feature window that over looks the River Foss.
    It includes a Large Flat Screen TV, with Smart features for your use. Free high speed WIFI is also available in the property. The Comfortable double bed provides the perfect base to collapse after a day out exploring what York has to offer. We provide hotel quality bed linen and towels for all guests during their stay. With the added benifit of a Hairdryer and Ironing facilites in the apartment, it is perfect for guests who are looking to travel light. We had an amazing stay. Having coffee in the morning while looking out over the river was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was spotless, stunningly decorated, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the city centre. The host was very helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Lovely apartment in a great location, cosy and homely space. Lovely view out onto the river from the apartment. Everything you could need which shocked us in such a small space. Great location, short walk from York city centre. Across the road from a shopping centre and a supermarket which we found very handy. We loved it and we will be returning!

Amazing stay, cosy apartment!

We had such a lovely time staying here. The apartment was perfect, very cosy and brilliant for a couples stay. Location was great, was not far at all from the city centre and there was a big shopping centre literally down the road. Parking is not provided, it was not an issue for us and I couldn't see it being an issue for anyone else as there were quite a few nearby car parking options we noticed whilst exploring York. The city is lovely as is the apartment, we will be back.

Cosy Studio Apartment

Exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything we needed was there, was a more than comfortable stay. Studios do not usually have full ovens and hobs but this did and a washing machine so that was a bonus. The fold up bed allowed the living space to be more spacious throughout the day time and was quick and simple pulling it down for the evening. Location was fab, 10 minutes walk into the city and you pass lots of nice places to eat on the way in. Thanks for having us.

Cosiest studio room

This little apartment was so cosy. The main building was so modern and luxurious. It was a lovely first impression. The studio itself is small, but cosy. And the bed folds up against the wall for extra space should you need it. Washing machine was handy and the walk in shower was great. All on one floor. You can pay to park in the car park if you are coming by car. Loved it here.
