Welcome to 180 Nubble Road!

This spacious 4 bedroom is the perfect Maine getaway! Drive until you almost get to beloved The Nubble Lighthouse and you will arrive at 180 Nubble Road. As you pull into the driveway of this unique home, you will notice the large backyard - perfect for family games, cookouts, and gatherings. Just across the street, you will notice the unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. 
Here at 180 Nubble Road, you will feel at home; the knotty pine interior, and hardwood flooring come together to create a perfect Maine ambiance. Open the windows, listen to the waves crash against the rocks, and let the cool, salt-scented ocean breeze run through the house. 

One of the best features of the property is the second floor vista / family room. Large windows on three out of four walls and incredible natural light, this is the perfect spot to relax after a long day in the sun!

Lasting family memories

My family wanted to surprise our Mom with a special birthday gift, a trip to York. We realized this has been a family tradition for close to 50 years, and this trip made lasting memories.If you have any one using a cane etc, this was a bit of a challenge for Mom. But the efforts were well worth it.Great location is an understatement.

Cleanliness is the biggest thing.We walked in to no beds made.We found sheets ,however when we unfolded them there’s was a clump of hair.Filthy comforter Serious odor in the upstairs bathroom.Glasses dirtyLawn 6” to a foot long in places.So, no fire pit lawn chairs etc.The spot is absolutely stunning More work on the house and hire a professional cleaning teamThank you

A Great Birthday Getaway

We loved this little house: the older part downstairs and the "great room" up. We did not have the best weather so the house was used more than expected and extremely comfortable. Thank you Erin for keeping us in the loop on everything.

Awesome location

It was cool to play games upstairs in the living room at night with the Nubble Light house beacon in view. Opening the windows up here allowed us to hear the ocean waves pounding the rocky cliffs. This house is also close to the beaches. The kitchen was well stocked and efficient. The garage had beach accessories to use. It was a great stay for our family. Although the ice cream shop was a little too close!

Family Space with Wonderful View

The huge family room, 180-degree views of the rocky Atlantic Coast, and proximity to beaches, quaint downtown, and walkways really worked for us. We appreciated the multiple bathrooms, bedrooms, grassy yard, extra parking, and family areas. The realtor will not respond through the VRBO message system. The cleaning service locked us out -- worrisome at first -- but the realtor responded when we called her cell directly.

Freedom!

The location is perfect distance from Long Sands. I drop the family at the beach. I drive back, leave the car, and have a peaceful walk with stunning views back to the beach. I pass by other walkers, all very happy, good vibes! The age range of our group is 18-76. We all have our own space and a lot of it. Music upstairs. Movies downstairs. Corn hole on the big side yard, the elders watching from the picnic bench with the dog. 3 bathrooms! 2 refrigerators! Grill in the garage. It honestly is just perfect for us!
