Welcome to 345 Long Beach Avenue, a home with endless ocean views from every level. Enjoy the largest deck on Long Sands beach (32 ft in length and 12ft in width) located on the third floor of this home, featuring floor to ceiling panoramic doors which completely fold open inviting the beach into your vaca living room. The great deck features a teak 8 person dining table, teak cushion sofa with a full chair set, propane fire pit and a grill. Allow your worries to melt away by the ever changing colors of the sunrise, sunsets and shimmering Atlantic Ocean views. No detail has been spared in this recently rebuilt magnificent home - the bright and airy space has direct views of the sandy beach as well as Maine's most photographed lighthouse, Nubble Light, and Maine's (and all of New England's) tallest lighthouse, Boon Island.

The sweeping views are only a small portion of the beauty this home has to offer. The kitchen features a large center island that freely flows into the open concept living and dining rooms. Designed with quartz countertop and a porcelain farmers sink, state of the art appliances, including range and microwave, separate ice maker, dishwasher, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The space also includes a large butlers pantry with an additional refrigerator to store all of your vacation items. This one of a kind home away from home is finished with hardwood floors, HVAC Central Air and Air Conditioning, a 60" TV with Sonos Surround Sound system, brand new washer dryer and all the amenities you'll need. Each of the bedrooms & bathrooms offer “inverse living”, 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor, living room, kitchen, dining room and deck on all three floors. The home’s custom made furniture, fixtures, tile and design details have created an unique vacation experience for the most discerning guests.

The 4 bedrooms layout is as following: king bed, 2 queens, double bunk beds (2 full beds and 2 twins). The primary bedroom has direct 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. The comfort in the luxurious bathrooms is elevated by the radiant floor heat. The additional second floor living room with entryway off of the deck provides an easy access to the beach, alongside with the lower level entrance to mud room completed with half bath, washer/dryer and third refrigerator and freezer for all of your beach snacks and pops.

This multi level home is the perfect space to build lasting memories and traditions with family and loved ones for years to come. The space is part of a 3-unit compound, which can be rented as a whole for bigger family events, as well as separately for more intimate occasions.

Christmas at the Beach

We had Christmas at the beach and loved it. We even got snow. The property is beautiful and spacious. The house sits right on the ocean and has commanding views. Everything inside is awesome and 5 star. The property manager was very helpful . Would love to stay there again.
