GREAT FOR FAMILY REUNIONS!! NEW- Couch Seating on 2nd floor covered porch

This open concept property is great for entertaining. The first floor of this home has an oversized kitchen and living room with 2 bedrooms a full bath with laundry on the first floor. The kitchen has a very large kitchen table that can accommodate 8. The island has seating for 5. There is another glass table for eating that holds 4 people. This kitchen has all the amenities one would want for a fabulous vacation including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, lobster pot, griddle, kitchen utensils, grilling utensils and more!!!! Plus there is a beverage fridge in the island to hold all your extra beverages!!!

The second floor has a sitting room which has a couch and a TV. There is a door from this room that leads to a covered porch with 2 couches. This is a great place to sit, relax and take in the sights and sounds of Long Sands Beach in the shade. The 2nd floor also has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. The second floor also has a full bathroom with a tub and shower! This is super helpful when you bring those kids home from a fun day at the beach and need a bath.

It only gets better when you get to the 3rd floor. Another sitting room with a comfy couch. This room has 2 sets of sliders that leads to yet another open deck. This one has glass railings so that there is nothing to obstruct your views of the ocean. This is my favorite place to soak up the sun or have a snack with my favorite beverage all while taking in the sights and sounds of Long Sands Beach. The 3rd floor also has 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk bed set

This fantastic property has amazing ocean views from all levels! Located only 1/10th of a mile from Long Sands Beach. 5 Star Home with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in York Maine. This is a perfect spot for a family vacation/family reunion. The home can accommodate sleeping up to 20 people in beds.

Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, gas grill, blender, washer/dryer, lobster pot, lobster crackers and pokers, coffee maker, Keurig, full size fridge, mini bar fridge in the kitchen, full kitchen set up. 3 TVs

One of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in! The location is perfectly located near terrific dining, shopping and sightseeing. Bill was incredibly helpful and quickly addressed all of our questions. The house is beautiful, masterfully crafted and well stocked. The views from the 3rd floor balcony were sublime. We had such fun relaxing in the numerous, spacious lounge areas this home has to offer. Thank you so much for having us!

Great time. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our large extended family. A bathroom on all 3 floors was helpful. Awesome views from the 2 patios. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open together for everyone to spread out and socialize together without feeling cramped. Highly recommend this house!

Long Sands Golf Outing

Great for big families

This house was wonderful for a big family like ours. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. We loved the decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Kitchen has everything you need. The walk to the beach is quick and easy which was nice since we have small children. Would definitely return!

Long Sands stay July 2024

The location of this property is wonderful, a very short walk to Long Sands Beach. A few issues in the house: no hot water in the kitchen sink, running toilet on the 3rd floor, washer/dryer requires many cycles. House could have been cleaner at check in, especially the floors. We checked in on a Saturday and 4 of the trash cans were completely full of smelly seafood garbage. I texted Bill and while he acknowledged that the stinky garbage was probably not great, there was nothing he could do. I felt bad for the neighbors who had their yard space right next to the cans, so we brought them out to the street. Bill had items shipped to the house, which was really nice! Paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc. arrived via Amazon and was a very nice gesture. Check in was easy. The listing shows a photo from the third floor balcony’s view of the ocean (which is lovely), but the photo was taken before one of the houses was build that obstructs the view more. This should be updated for accuracy. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to Long Sands was very quick and easy.

Favorite Place

We were at "our usual place" in York for the fourth year in a row. As always very enjoyable. The house is clean and well prepared, everything you would ever need and more! Very quiet and peaceful, but still close to beach and very accessible to shopping and many restaurants. Looking forward to a return visit

Perfect spot for a team trip!

Perfect for my sons HS golf team pre-season trip. Plenty of room and space for 8 teenage boys and 4 chaperones. Super close to 4 great courses. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen is well appointed. Can’t beat the location either. Thanks again Bill, we will be back for sure!

We appreciated the location greatly - short walk to the beach and the establishments on long sands ave. Some of us had wifi connection issues and for others it worked just fine. Super helpful to have so much parking available!

Vacation in York

We loved the covered deck with the blue furniture, the 8 bedrooms, and the kitchen. It would have been nice to have more living space and a fire pit with chairs. The kids enjoyed the beach, but it was not an easy access for me at 88, so I never went down...sad about that. Bill was very nice about handling the few problems in the kitchen.

Family Trip

Great place for our family trip to Long Sands. 3 stories with views and excellent accommodations. Plenty of room for people to be together or seek privacy. A short walking distance to the beach with your coffee. Plenty of parking. everything worked as advertised. We planned this trip knowing we would probably not all return again and we had a great time and this place made it possible.

Friend and family gathering

Wonderful spot for a reunion

18 of us - friends for about 30+ years - the perfect spot to just hang out. We cooked meals in the spacious kitchen-dining area. Plenty of beds for all! It was lovely - the host was super responsive when questions came up!

Great house

The house was just as described. A great place for our extended family group. We could all be together in the open concept living area and could eat together. The kitchen was well equipped. Bill was very responsive to a small issue with the grill and took care of it right away.
