Centre de Tennis de Yonkers

Its unfortunate, they , the hotel could have prevented this, and choose the latter. No response from them to Hotels.com, numerous calls and emails from me. The room was dirty, hair in bathroom, dead bugs, mostly disturbing, stained sheets. Have photos. Numerous calls to front desk, that night, not one person answered. Employee gives wrong wi-fi information. Following morning, upon check out, we tried to address this, get a refund or partial, was told, the third party has too. That is not the case. Filed complaint with the BBB, and going further. All they had to do was respond. Extremely noisy location. Very limited breakfast.

What a surprise! I was looking for something close to Westchester airport (10 mins) and did not expect this to be as great as it was.
