A $500 cleaning fee applies to smoking indoors since we have to use ozone therapy to clean out the air.
No drugs. Any drugs found will incur a $2,000 penalty fee.
This house is located on top of a hill with steps to walk up.

This is a multi-family home. You will be staying in the top floor that is private and exclusive to you. No spaces are shared. We have another tenant that stays in the other unit. She is a non long term tenant who is very kind and respectful.

Should this happen during your stay, rest assured, it’s usually quick and minimizes any impact on your comfort and privacy.
