Nostalgic Lodge, however no mini fridge, microwave, wi-fi, tv... anywhere on property. Our phones didn't work the entire time there either. No texts, phone calls, google, nothing. If you're good with "roughing it" its a cool place with a lot of charm and atmosphere!! No AC in room either.

Property is expensive, restaurant is expensive with limited choices and not special quality. We had a problem with the heater being stuck on in our room and despite reporting it, it was never corrected, which led to two restless nights. The location is the only redeeming quality.

The grounds and the actual property with a history of the building itself is amazing. I can understand the appeal of staying in a historic room, but being reduced to a community bathroom was not for us. We chose a room with an in room bathroom that was nice, but the beds were a little uncomfortable. Upon arrival, you are sent a text message asking you to text back if there is anything that you need. Upon booking the hotel, we had requested two glasses and a corkscrew to have a bottle of wine in our hotel room. Unfortunately, that accommodation didn’t happen when we checked in so upon getting the text message I text again to ask the desk if they happen to have at least a wine bottle opener. No response. After an hour of waiting, I decided maybe we could try and check the gift shop. They didn’t have one, but it was $37. This was immediately after we spent $150 in the restaurant on a meal that was just short of terrible. We had a 545 reservation our appetizer came out cold and uncooked, and we didn’t say anything. The entrées came out an hour after we were sat, and we were stone cold. At this point in time, we were annoyed and hungry and just asked them to please can just microwave it. Second round took another 25 minutes and barely warmer. No manager to the table, full price on the check. I haven’t sent back food at a restaurant in over 10 years. For how expensive it was to stay on property. The only thing that we really enjoyed were the sites. I would not stay here again.

Overall, our stay was nice. When we arrived, check in said 4pm. We had to wait until 7pm for our room to be ready, after a long day of travelling and having to wait with all our luggage. Finally we arrive in our room, there was no hot water, dirty sink and shower. We had groceries bought but no mini fridge in the room. No AC. Not pleasant. I believe the park had just opened, lots of building issues (plumbing). After speaking with the staff, we got a new room, it was better. Other than that, very rustic lodge with music entertainment in the lobby. You have to reserve for dinner in the dinning room but wait in line still. Prices for food and drinks are quite expensive since you are staying inside the park and there aren't many options. 50$ US for 2 people for breakfast buffet. The staff in the dining room were very friendly and helpful! But the price for staying 4 nights was very overpriced for what we got. Better to stay in West Yellowstone. Parking was fine.

Registration process was terrible. Staff told us to go to the wrong wing, gave us keys for the wrong room, and the room we ended up in wasn’t very clean. Staff in the dining room, bar, and throughout the hotel kept commenting on how no one knew what was going on (it was opening weekend). I understand bumps when getting up and running for the season but even something as simple as ordering extra toilet paper from housekeeping was complicated. Brendon and Stacy were very nice and helped smooth over some things. Eamon in the bar was also good. Food in the dining room was greatly over priced and the $52 cut of ribeye was poor quality. Not nearly enough parking spots for hotel guests. Overall, the building is amazing and you can’t beat the location. Hopefully the staff are more on the same page as the season goes on.

Everything was well maintained. Staff was amazing and attentive. Parking was easy in and out. Food was great. Would definitely go back. The lodge is old, so make sure you check to see if your room has a bathroom. If not, there are shared group bathrooms close to the rooms. Also, there are buffalo roaming throughout the property so keep an eye out for where you step.. large piles of buffalo droppings to dodge. The views are incredible every part of the property.

16時にチェックイン可能なはずでしたが、17時にチェックインしに行ってもまだ準備ができていない、1時間後もまだ。最終的には18時半まで待ってと言われました。その日は吹雪いていて、大量の荷物も持っており、子ども達もかかえみんな疲れていたため絶望的でした。特に謝罪もなく、高いお金を出しているのに残念でした。待ち時間にレストランに入ろうと思いましたが21時まで予約を取れないと言われ一度は断念しましたが、もう一度交渉したら、すぐに入れてもらうことができ、本当に感謝です。ここでレストランに入らなかったら、最悪の思い出となっていたことでしょう。ご飯も美味しかったです。 その他、設備やサービスは問題なかったです。

*5/5 stars - A Must-Stay at Old Faithful Inn!* I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Old Faithful Inn, and I must say it's a true gem. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a stunning log lobby and massive stone fireplace. The room was updated and had everything I needed, and the food selection at the on-site restaurant was great at reasonable prices. But what truly made my stay special was the quick access to Old Faithful geyser - I watched it erupt multiple times without having to change my plans. My only surprise was the low ratings, but I believe it's because people have different expectations. For me, the experience was well worth it, and I'd highly recommend staying here. *Highlights:* - _Historic charm_ with modern comforts - _Stunning views_ of Old Faithful geyser - _Convenient location_ with easy access to park - _Warm and welcoming_ staff

weird, we were in the park! Outstanding, staff were short staffed and burned out from long season but did their best with us lol. Food great, building spectacular, park fantastic!

The property and building are beautiful. Staff was nice, and tried to help. However, the lodge is constantly busy with tourists walking through, old faithful times are not always updated, and the heat in the room was unbearable. Apparently if the temperature outside drops to a certain point, the heater automatically runs on high. It was suggested to open the window, even though we were a bit concerned about safety, being on the ground floor. All meals are buffet. We did dinner twice, the hosts were awesome. Food was pretty good, but sometimes you have to wait in the buffet line for like 15 minutes. There is no wifi at all, and no television. Glad we were able to experience it, but will stay elsewhere next time.
