"Lovely hotel and spa, staff were all fantastic, food was amazing, but there is no Aircon anywhere on site! Bedroom hit 30c with only a small desk fan provided, and the spa changing rooms were even worse. Impossible to shower clean or get dressed when you're dripping with sweat the moment you walk ..."

"the room was lovely location great hotel was having some work done but that didnt interfere with us there was no air con but reception gave us a fan and were quick delivering it als o they were having probs with phones the hotel is going to be fabulous when finished would defo go back"
