"El tipo de habitación reservada, Río vista (habitación 30 metros cuadrados, piscina privada y sofá cama) no coincidía con la que nos ofrecieron en el hotel; la habitación era pequeña, sin piscina ni sofá. Nos dijeron que la habitación Río vista no tenía ninguna de esas características. Por otro lado, en el hotel nos hicieron firmar que si las toallas o sábanas eran manchadas con maquillaje o de otro modo, se penalizaría, cuando las toallas que nos ofrecieron estaban muy viejas y en mal estado y...

"Best hotel in Boracay Island. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful relaxing family friendly. We really enjoyed our holiday at The Orient Beach Boracay hotel. The facilities were fabulous. There is a great pool. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the beach. Housekeeping staffs are amazing and provided excellent service. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel."

"A secret beach is just 82 steps from the hotel, which is very beautiful. Staff here are all friendly and helpful. However, it is quite far from down town, say D'mall, so it is more suitable for people who would like to have a just relaxing holiday. There is free shuttle bus provided, but not very frequently. Room is clean and tidy, just the bed a bit small for two people. Anyway, a good place to stay."
