Hoteles cápsula en Yaoundé

"Elevator did not work when we were there (room located on floor 3). Spa was OK but with terrible noise (works ongoing), making the whole experience sour. Receptionist with poor service manners insisted on asking us to pay additional fees (when we booked online and paid most taxes online). We ended up adding $5 in cash to the overall invoice. Trick of the day : they fined us $18 for losing the (plastic) room keycard - which probably is left somewhere in the bedroom."

"My number one choice whenever I am in Yaounde. Such a beautiful place!!"

"Great hotel for the price. The restaurant should be opened earlier for breakfast instead of waiting until 8:00 am or more. The hotel staff was very professional. I appreciate the cleanliness."

"chambre propre mais poussière a revoir douche manque d'aération moisissures au plafond fenêtres chambre pas isoler bruit permanant dans la rue même le soir tard juste quelques chaines télé les liseuses autour du lit pendent et une ne fonctionne pas le néon au dessus du lavabo trop haut pas moyen de brancher un rasoir sur la prise le personnel et sympathiques un bon point pour les serveuses du restaurant dans l'ensemble c'est correct"

"While the staff was kind and helpful, there were a few set backs on our 7 day stay. Like no hot water in our room for 2 days.we had to wait while the place was mostly empty and had multiple units we could have moved to while they fix the problem. Food was selection limited and some dishes mediocre. Soap and towels supply are limited and poor quality. Location is good and property very clean."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Food is OK Hotel needs some renovation. Air condition is noisy and didn't work one day (maybe it was an isolated accident, but it is something serious!) Wifi could be better."
