  • Your perfect getaway awaits! Plush beds and premium bedding appoint the three bedrooms. One king, one queen, and three singles in a bunk room with trundle. The home has been beautifully furnished with Flexsteel furniture and the perfect touches to make you feel at home. Our well-stocked kitchen invites you to cook or enjoy your favorite take-out. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, plenty of storage and two eating areas finish off the space. Read a book, play a game, put together a puzzle or sit back and relax with the 65” Smart TV in the living room, 50” Smart TVs in King and Queen bedrooms, or the 40” TV in bunk room. A pack 'n' play and high chair are available for use as well. Fully benched back yard keeps kids and pets from wondering off.

    Close to shopping and minutes from Apple Tree and Westwood golf courses. Enjoy a morning coffee and breakfast from Starbucks, three blocks away! Wrap up the evening with a drink at Public House where you’ll find dozens of local beer and ciders on tap complete with a fantastic menu! Located 5 minutes from Glenwood square shopping and restaurants, 10 min to the Virginia Mason Memorial, 10 minutes from YVC and Perry Technical Institute and 25 min to PNWU.

    Large lot includes numerous off street and under carport paved parking and easy access to enter the home via the front door or kitchen side door once guest has checked in.

    Please note: Driveway has cracks and some uneven surfaces. Please use caution, watch your step, and do not run or play on uneven driveway areas. One step up to front door. Yards are there for your use but please use cautions as uneven areas as naturally occurring dips are present.

Great stay

Stayed in Yakima for one night to visit MIL and the house was a perfect space for us and our medium sized dog. Loved how clean and tidy it was, with all the amenities we needed.

Perfect stay in Yakima!

Our stay at Autumn’s place was wonderful! The home was beautifully renovated and well-stocked. Check in was easy. We had everything we needed, and our host was very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!

This house had everything we needed and more! The host was very accommodating and took care of us. The shed with the games was the highlight! It was a quiet neighborhood and the beds were very comfy! Great stay!

Perfect stay

The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities. The large, fenced backyard was perfect for our two dogs to explore and play. We will definitely stay here again when our travels take us to Yakima. Would give six stars if we could.

Beautiful Stay in Yakima!

We had a brief but enjoyable stay at this rental with a well stocked kitchen and a big yard! Our kids enjoyed the board games and books. Nice comfortable beds! The donut holes were a nice touch after a long drive!

Perfect in every way!

Our family came to Yakima to celebrate my mom’s 100th birthday. The house was just perfect and the host made every effort to accommodate our needs. Best supplied home we have ever stayed in. Location was perfect, just a few blocks from the home I grew up in and close to all those old friends to stop by and honor my mom.

Perfect for our long weekend

Home was exactly as described. Very comfortable and convenient for a long weekend. Host was friendly, communicative and helpful. This was a great alternative to staying in a hotel while in town for a basketball tournament and we really enjoyed visiting Yakima!

Stayed a couple nights in Yakima for a wedding. The house was fantastic. Beautifully remodeled inside and out. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. My family of four were very comfortable. We will definitely stay at this property in the future.

Great little home in a great location

This house was so perfect for our stay in Yakima while playing in a pickleball tournament at Franklin Park. This home is very well stocked for kitchen and bath supplies. The back yard was great for our pups (thanks so much for including pet family in your property).

Great little home in Yakima

We stayed for about a week and this place was very nice. Clean, great amenities. Quiet street and nicely located to restaurants and local stores. The property is well kept. The only disappointment is the main TV is only for streaming services - not live TV which for some is not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have in the evening.

Family Gathering

We were in town for a couple days for a memorial. We decided to get a VRBO instead of booking a hotel room and we’re sure glad we did. This house was absolutely perfect. Great location near a grocery store and plenty of places to eat. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was immaculate and had everything to make our stay very comfortable. Check in and check out was super easy and communication with the owner was fantastic. We will definitely be booking this property for future visits to Yakima.

Felt like home

I was truly amazed with the home. We felt like we were coming home. The amenities in the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, etc. Were beyond our expectations. Everything was super clean and high end. We walked to Starbucks and the bake shop. Many stores within walking distance. The host was great and always responded. Would definitely stay there again.

It's the little things

This is such a nice little, clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. There were four of us and a little spoiled dog. There was plenty of room for everyone. We really appreciated the little, thoughtful touches like the USB cords, a simple door code, a nice, big coffee maker, ice maker, luggage racks, well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor furniture. We weren't disappointed by anything. Very nice!

Beautiful Home

This home is in the perfect location and felt very clean and safe from the moment we entered. Our only complaint is that there weren’t real mattresses on the beds just mattress pads that our bodies sunk into. My husband, father-in-law and I all slept pretty horribly. If this home just upgraded to actual mattresses we would absolutely stay again in the future when visiting Yakima! The host was great and even let us check in early.

Stay in Yakima

The problem was not the house it is the fact I am not use to being in a neighborhood. So it seemed noisy to me. The house was nice. The only problem was that the smoke detector would go off when we cooked even making toast. I think the smoke detector is a bit close to the kitchen stove. It goes off after a bit.
