  • This cozy single story home has 2 bedrooms with full bath plus a bedroom/den (The Art Room) with 1/2 bath. Master: King bed with ocean view; Second Bedroom: 2 twins, 'Art Room' has one twin and 1/2 bath. Fantastic views from living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room and Art Room. Relax by wood fire (wood mother nature at her best regardless of the weather. Open floor plan. Wonderfully appointed home and completely stocked kitchen. Lovely oceanfront lawn and beach chairs. Nice gas BBQ to grill up dinner (maybe some fresh fish??) Beach toys. Cement steps off the lush lawn right down to our flat sandy beach perfect for long walks, dogs, kids, sandcastles, kite flying, surf fishing, rock hunting, or just sitting a reading a book or watching whales, seals and sea lions, pelicans and shorebirds of all kinds. You only need to bring your clothes and what you want to eat. We take care of the rest. Washer/Dryer and garage. Extra refrigerator in garage for longer stays. New flat screen TV. WiFi provided.
    No Motorhomes. No boats. No trailers. Strictly enforced.

Amazing beach property with views for days. We felt perfectly at home. Kitchen is stocked to cook for the family, or get yourself some fish and chips from near by Luna Sea!We are thankful for Ed and Gloria’s helping to create unforgettable memories.

Great stay with the perfect view. Everything was great about this family spring break stay , if I have to give any criticism it would be to get a modern tv with a fire stick or smart tv, and maybe lock away personal clothing/pics, but only to make them not accessible.Definitely this place , and will book again

The view from the living room is spectacular. Also, getting onto the beach is very safe and easy. The concrete steps built into the boulders made our several trips from the house to the beach and back actually enjoyable. My family loved the house and is making sure I book it again next year

Everything you need is there! A lot of vintage things in the house, but everything works great! Also, I hope they never change the bathroom wallpaper! I would describe it as " quaint". Ocean access is perfect. Good place for the money.

This was honestly one of the best places we've ever stayed at the beach and we've been coming here for years. We on purpose now check first to see if this place is available before booking with another rental.

Great House!

Right on the ocean; great views; contains everything necessary for a comfortable stay; quaint; close to grocery/restaurants/shopping/hiking and biking. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent again.

Great Getaway

Great cozy property right on the beach. One block from Highway 101, but you never hear it. Great location for day trips to Yachats, Florence and Newport. Loved this property!

Wonderful Seaside Getaway

Being just steps away from the beach was perfect. Not to mention the views from inside with the huge windows looking out over the waves. It was comfortable and close enough to town amenities via yachats or waldport...but far enough away to feel like I got away from town. I would definitely stay again! again
