comfortable inn

The inn is very close to the airport. It takes about 7 to 8 minutes by car. The boss picks us up, the rooms are large, very beautiful, clean and the facilities are very complete. The front desk is very warm and the English communication is barrier-free.

Arranging pick up from the airport was more complicated than expected. Building is worn but clean. Bed was rock hard, but quiet. Dropped off at wrong terminal. I felt safe, but also did not wander about. Worth the $25 for a short overnight.

This hotel is located in a poor village about 10mins ride at T2, not as mentioned on the website no more than 1mile away from the airport. The hotel looks like old with dirty stairs and room doors. I felt bad that night.

Plus loin que ce que l'on pouvait croire de l'aéroport. Il faut les contacter pour que la voiture de l'hôtel viennent vous chercher. Hôtel à très faible coût, idéal pour une escale. La patronne est vraiment à votre service. Exemple : Nous n'avions pas encore de RMB arrivé à l'hôtel. Elle nous a échangé 50€ à un taux très correct

This hotel provided fraudulent information about the location of the hotel. It shows at Expedia website that the hotel is located right at the airport, but in fact it is located at far away and unsafe countryside village. Expedia should immediately terminate this hotel reservation service. It is a criminal and fraudulent hotel. I will be contacting Expedia when I come back for a refund because I could not stay at this unsafe hotel.

中国のタクシーアプリDiDiで向かいましたが宿の登録の住所が道路一本違うみたいで中国語が話せないので運転手さんに宿に電話して貰ってやっとで辿り着けました。 空港近くなだけあって宿だらけですが、道路は街灯も無く夜には本当に真っ暗です。 少し歩けば便利店(コンビニ)もありますしご飯屋さんや屋台も豊富です。 宿の内容ですが写真とはだいぶ違う小さな民宿でした。 部屋の写真が明るく綺麗に撮ってあって違うのでホテルを想像して行かれると衝撃を受けると思います。 ただ、宿の方がとても親切でその人情でそれらをカバー出来ると思います。 私は宿の方が親切でこう言う宿にも泊まり慣れているので平気ですが、日本のちゃんとしたホテルに泊まり慣れてる人には少し抵抗があるかもしれません。

Missed stay and lack of communication

I had an upsetting experience with this hotel. I wrote to the hotel in advance asking if they have an Airport shuttle. But I have never received an answer. On the day of my arrival I tried to find the airport, but it placed incorrectly on the maps, and then I called them, but noone answered, so I had to book another room somewhere else.

Most taxis do not know the hotel or the addresses. Not for elderly travellers have large bags need to carry luggage upstairs- no lift.

The hotel staff is great. I did not catch the woman's name, but she speaks English. When you arrive at the airport, take the elevator to the 2nd floor and exit to section 324, then call the hotel for a free shuttle. It will also take you to the airport when you leave. The hotel is not very far from the airport. It is an older building with 3 floors, so it only has stairs and they are small for people with big feet like mine. Also the hall way is narrow. While the hotel does provide some toiletries, it does not provide bottled water, so bring your own. Also, check your bathroom door, mine did not close so I did not take a shower for fear that the water might leak into the bedroom. The bed was comfortable enough, but it is a box spring, and no mattress, so if you like soft beds, this is not the place for you. It is in an area with many restaurants for dinner, but I did not find any place with breakfast items. The one main thing I did not like was loud talking at 1 a.m. outside my window. I opened it and told them to shut up, they were surprised, but did, other than that it was quiet.

Not a hotel, it’s a family owned home stay.

It’s a home stay not hotel. No receptionist, pickup driver does it all. I doubted very much this place has any license to host foreigners. The surrounding area is terrible, in an alley, fear to stay and worried for safety. The pictures shown on Hotel,com is totally misleading. For foreigners, it’s hard to find any transportation or taxi to go anywhere (no local cellphone). I basically couldn’t run fast enough to get out of that place.

You get what you pay for. If you're expecting a $100 room, reserve a $100 room, not a$30 room. The pin location is not accurate for google maps.. don't tell your taci driver to google it. The taxi cost me as much as the room. The lady lady that answered the phone was a little bit hard to understand with light english. But she tried hard to help and eventually the shuttle picked me up from where i was lost

Cilada no translado gratuito de/para aeroporto

Hotel sem nenhum diferencial. Durante as 3 horas antes de chegar ao hotel, entrei em contato várias vezes com a propriedade informando meu horário de chegada. Mesmo assim, ao chegar na hospedagem, fiquei mais de 20 minutos procurando alguém para me atender. Outro problema mais sério: no site de reserva há uma informação de que oferecem translado gratuito do/para o aeroporto. ISSO É MENTIRA!! Quando cheguei ao aeroporto, por volta das 23:00 hs, algum funcionário do hotel falou que não poderia ir buscar por causa do horário , que veículos não teriam acesso ao terminal. Assim foi me dito para eu pegar um táxi até o hotel. No dia seguinte, no check out, solicitei o transporte gratuito até o aeroporto. O Sr que me atendeu no hotel ligou para alguém e me pôs ao telefone. Essa pessoa do telefone me disse que providenciaria um carro para mim, mas teria que pagar. Falei que iria dar meu jeito e acabei pegando um táxi na rua. Detalhe: o táxi cobrou metade do valor que o hotel queria me cobrar para me levar ao aeroporto.

A total horrible experience!!!!!!!!!! “One meter sunshine” shouldn’t be listed as a hotel on Expedia at all. It’s converted farmer’s house in a village outside the airport. It’s super dirty, sketchy and inconvenient. During my stay I had to block my windows and the door with objects because I felt very unsafe. I couldn’t shower, the water was never hot enough, and the towels looked filthy. And the shuttle service is a joke as well. I was charged by the “hotel person” and I was told I had to leave by 8am since that’s the last shuttle during the day. The driver was rude. He put twice many people than the legal limit in the van. Passengers had to share seats and even had to hold their suitcases on their laps. The price of the stay was super cheap, but it costed my nerves.

メインバナーに西安空港の写真を使ってほしくない！！

正確なホテル所在地の記述がないのが最大の悪評になる。 １： 西安空港から西に３００ｍと記述されているが、タクシーのワンメーターでホテルまで到着しない。到底、歩ける距離に位置しない。また、西安空港のタクシー乗車場所でタクシー運転手・空港タクシー案内係など数人で１０分以上話し合っていたがホテル所在地の確認がとれなく、ホテルドットコムのバウチャー（アプリ）に書かれている住所と地図を頼りにホテル近郊まで行き近くに住んでいる住人にホテルの場所を教えてもらって到着した。移動料金は、以下の通りである。 西安空港 → ホテル ： １５元（タクシー） ホテル → 西安空港 ： ２０元（ホテル側手配） ２：ホテル設備について、 a. 階段が狭く足元も悪い状態で荷物運びに苦労した。 b. シャーホースとシャワーヘッドのステンレスホースが裂けていて内側の樹脂部分がむき出しになっていた（幅：約３０ｃｍ）。なおかつ、シャワーヘッド付け根あたりからの水漏れがしている状態で交換必須状態であった。なおかつ、お湯の温度が低い（設備上の問題か水栓本体の問題なのかは不明。）。 c. 西安空港に近いので深夜でも騒音の問題があるし隣部屋の音や廊下で歩く音なども気になった。 上記のことは、一切不問にし記述しないつもりだったが、ホテル側からレビューを要求されたので本音で記述しておきました。ご容赦ください！！！ 補足： ※1 個人的の意見として、空港利用でコチラのホテルを予約される方が多いと思います。率直に、空港宿泊を考慮した方が無難と総評しておきます。また、コチラのホテルに宿泊される場合で外食されるときには、街灯がなく暗闇になりますので要注意です。ただし、飲食店はホテルから数分の場所にたくさんあるのが高評価になります。 ※2 ホテル側と全く関係がないが、アプリの使い勝手が非常に悪化している。また、コチラのホテルだけとは限らないが、中国本土でのホテル所在地が相違しているホテルも多数散見された。ホテル所在地の確認がとれていないのであれば、宿泊ホテルとして掲載してほしくないところだ！！（例：張家界市など）

Great location for short term stopovers, excellent service for picking up at airport midnight. 對遠從歐美的華人旅客、這是最佳選擇，酒店員工非常友善，半夜接機。地點安全，環境優雅乾淨。太棒了、我延長多住一個星期。

非常不錯的體驗，酒店很棒，價格合理，性價比很值，周邊有好多餐館，超市，還有小吃街，網咖，道路很乾淨，在這裡入住感覺很安全，到機場也很快，8到10分鐘就可以到達。

西安是个历史文化特别悠久的城市，文化内涵丰富，人文建筑浓厚，美食特色多样，每年都有新的亮点和网红人物的出现。下飞机住的这里，因为距离近，沟通方便，接机快，客房图片很漂亮，入住感觉不错。有很多外宾选择这里。
