"The room is all full of golden stuff but too shining to make you feel comfortable. The massage chair is very unique and helped me relax my muscles. I kind of wish all the hotel rooms provide that facility. The breakfast in the cafeteria was mediocre and food in the restaurant was above average. There are not many good dining places downstairs unless you take a taxi. Neither the front desk nor the concierge could give clear information about how to find the underpass, which was really close but...

"중국내 예약 시스템이나 이 호텔과 Hotels.com 과 중국내 연결하는 에이전트가 문제가 있음. 트윈베드로 예약을 했는데 이 호텔 기록에는 싱글침대로 기록되어 있어 비니지스 여행자는 주의가 요망됨. 특히 트윈베드가 없다고 하면서 옵션 사항이라고 추가 간이 침대에 대해서 추가요금을 호텔예약 가격의 50% 이상을 받음. 예약 취소도 안되다고 하면서 배째라하는 이 호텔과 이런 호텔스.캄에 대해 가능하면 이용하지 말거나 예약할때 보험증권을 자세히 읽는 작업이 선행됨. 특히 싱글침대와 트윈침대를 이해하지 못하는 호텔예약 시스템에 대해 웃지도 못하는 상황이 발생함. 호텔스.캄에 올려진 사진이 뽀샵이 되어 실제 호텔과 다름. 호텔스.캄과 중국내 예약 시스템에 근본적인 문제가 있음. 이것은 직감이지만 의도적인 작품으로 추정됨. 차라리 이럴거면 오성급 호텔을 예약하시기를 주위에 이 정도 비용으로 엄청 호텔이 많음. 특히 불만 사항을 접수하는 상담원은 친절하기는 하나 공식적인 답변만 하는 이런...

"This hotel is 4 floors of a high-rise building that is also home to another hotel, offices and retail. There is only one elevator that serves this hotel. Very inconvenient and scary. The lobby is disconnected from the elevator which is in a wind tunnel. The toilet did not flush and had to change rooms. Do not stay here. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable."
