"So it would have been easilllyyyyy 5 stars but we almost didnt even stay. So we had a booking and decided we would turn up for lunch around 1. We knew we couldnt check in until 3ish ( not a problem ) So we asked the reception we were early and would like some food. She was so rude and unoccomadating to us I said I would go elsewhere as did not feel welcomed at all. Yes it was a bit busy but it wasnt packed. And they should be able to accomadate all guests. "This is our second visit to the hotel. Last year we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. This time, we stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage, it was stunning, especially the modern bathroom with lovely quality toiletries. Both the breakfast & dinner were delicious. We enjoyed being able to choose a cooked breakfast from their varied selection. Would highly recommend. "

"The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful "
