"Room was so cold. A/C broken… they offered us heater!! Incredible… We ask to change a room but it was the same as it was fiirst next to ours and we needed to test a/c in that other room as no ine from hotel didnt.. So we end up in cold room with 2 duvets and in the morning with running nose… What a shame!!!"

"No tuve desayuno "

"Good and comfortable hotel very convenient for WRO airport, comfortable room, only if more comfortable pillows for better sleep and a night light in the bathroom, this will help to avoid having to turn the bright light on when using the bathroom during the night. In general is good value for your money. "

"There is tram line which makes noises every 1 min; no hot water; TV does not work. Reception staff in 01/07/2025 in the evening just busy playing with her mobile phone and not pleasant at all. Next in the morning there is a good man. "
