The Space:

The 16 m² studio is a comfortable space for 1 person, decorated in a modern, minimalist style. A comfortable bed and a work desk await you here. In the kitchenette you will prepare simple meals, and in the bathroom you will refresh yourself in the shower. In the building you can use the 24/7 gym, an area for joint work or relaxation, and the laundry room.



The studio is for adults only. The offer applies to several apartments of equal standard - each has the same equipment, but may differ in decor.



The Neighborhood:

The studio is located in a well-connected part of Wroclaw, making it easy to get around the city. Just 500 m away is the Wroclaw Mikolajow train station, and it will take you about 30 minutes (2.8 km) to walk to the Wroclaw Market Square. There is a grocery store in the building, and you will find service and dining outlets in the neighborhood.

The apartment is well connected thanks to its proximity to a bus stop, streetcar stop and train station. Easy access to the airport is an additional convenience for travelers. You can easily find all transportation options on the available map.
