Beautiful 2nd floor unit perfect for a couple of young family. Full kitchen with bar seating, open living room with TV, large sofa and access to ocean view deck. This unit has 2 lofted twin beds in hallway with kingsize bed in bedroom and ocean view deck access with brand new sound reducing windows and balcony doors. Unit has washer/dryer and situated at Johnny Mercer's Pier!! Great unit for anyone looking to be close to pier, restaurants and night life that Wrightsville Beach has to offer.

Cool, comfortable and close

The check-in process was seamless, thanks to excellent communication from property manager. The unit was in pristine condition with a comfortable beach vibe. The location was absolutely perfect - just a minute walk to the beach with a fabulous restaurant right next door. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely choose to stay there again.

Excellent last minute getaway

Wonderful condo. Perfect for me and my hubby. Loved the towels! So soft. Bed slept well. Just a few minutes walk from the beach. Will hopefully be able to come back. Hostess was attentive and responsive.

Loved our stay at Summer Place. The condo was clean and equipped with all we needed. Location is perfect as it is near Johnny Mercer’s Pier. Quick walk to the beach. The owners were fabulous to communicate with and made check in easy.

We had a great stay at this beach house! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just a short walk away. Overall, a really nice place to unwind — we’d definitely come back again!

Great location. Water view and parking. Very comfortable for 1-2 people. Had everything I needed. Only issue was with the tv connection to the internet. I couldn’t watch tv for more than 15-20 minutes without it stopping and the circle coming on but it encouraged me to go read outside so not a terrible issue. I had no issues, however, when working on my laptop.

Relaxing and perfect beach access

We absolutely loved staying here! It was clean, AC worked awesome after hot days Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch or whatever Patsy, the owner was the perfect host, and always answered all questions, we forgot our parking pass, and she even came down the day we checked in and gave us one My daughter also left her favorite stuffed animal and Patty sent it to us in the mail The location is so close to The beach and they provided chairs and a wagon to help us get all of our stuff to the beach We will definitely be returning!!!

Great location

This is a lovely little condo in a great location. The furnishings were very nice and it has a small nice deck with an ocean view from two of the seats. Do know that the location is happening, so it is a bit noisy at night. It was very easy to check in and out. We enjoyed it!
