The condos unique extended floor plan makes this living area even more spacious and the panoramic floor to ceiling windows provide the ultimate sunset viewing location.

    Enjoy relaxing in the master bedroom with plenty of natural light and ocean views. The large master bathroom completes this luxurious master suite. The second bedroom down the hall host two twin beds and plenty of closet space with a full bathroom just next door. This beautiful and bright condo will be sure to delight as you enjoy everything the Islander has to offer and more!

    The Islander Resort offers guests an island experience like no other resort! Offering ocean views, an oceanfront saltwater swimming pool, poolside cabana with wet bar, tennis court, grilling area, and a secure building lobby with elevator service to each floor, The Islander is the Wrightsville Beach resort experience you’ve been searching for! Enjoy the gated beach path providing direct and easy access to our beautiful white sand beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Listen to the waves crash, enjoy ocean breezes, and relax on island time while creating lasting memories with family and friends on your next Islander Resort vacation.

    **Renovations may be underway in neighboring units in the offseason. Construction is allowed Monday through Friday 8 am until 5 pm during the off season**

    **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.**

    The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

    Parking instructions:
    2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

    Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

    You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

    Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Great stay!

My husband and I escaped to the beach for a few days and this was the perfect location. Overlooking the ocean and close to all amenities is always a win for a stay in Wrightsville Beach.

This condo is in great shape! The view of the beach & pool from the 5th floor is lovely. Literally steps from a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants.

Restful stay with lovely view

Carpets need cleaning, vacuum cleaner replaced, and safety bars in shower! Lovely condo, with well equipped kitchen . Comfortable beds and furniture!

Nice place

the only negative is that there was no place to hang things to dry, not even towels for the shower. Otherwise it was a beautiful place right on the beach - just what we were looking for

Perfect vacation spot

We really had a great stay. The unit had everything we needed included some spices, coffee and paper products. It's really nice not tohave to purchase of pack things like foil and plastic baggies. We would stay again. The pool was closed so that was disappointing but we understand that these things happen .

Maintenance work in progress

The condo was beautiful but the HOA was doing some repairs to the rear of the building, so the sliding door to the ocean view were sealed shut and the drilling noise started at 8:00am.

Nice property- only one towel per day per person is not enough. Directions on key codes unclear. For price paid don’t think guests should be required to strip beds, empty trash, gather linens.

I would stay at The Islander condo complex again. But I will NEVER stay in Unit 5E. The carpet in the bedrooms is disgusting. We would not walk barefoot inside the condo. I don't even think cleaning it would help, just replace the carpet. The skillets in the kitchen are destroyed and one of them actually had a piece of food still on it. And the toaster about burned down the entire building. Toasters are cheap, splurge on a new one. Not to mention the leaking kitchen faucet, which had to be replaced while we were there. In addition, it would be helpful if, in all the communication about the property, how about give us the wifi password? Everyone is going to ask for it, so just put it in the check in info or the binder in the condo? Again, the complex itself is nice, just do not stay in 5E.
And the other side was not toasted at all.
This is what they looked like when we checked in. Gross!
Nasty dirty carpet in the main bedroom.
And the same dirty carpet in the 2nd bedroom. It was disgusting.

Not clean, Nice views

Minutes after walking into the property, we noticed my son’s feet were black from the floor. The rugs seem to never have been cleaned, and when we immediately reached out to both VRBO and the property manager we did not hear back about this issue for the entire trip. We also found a few bugs upon arrival and mentioned that with no response. The views are great and the place has great potential but not for the price and experience we had. Would not recommend nor will we be back.
