Welcome to The Ridge!

Built on concrete stilts that blend in with its natural surroundings, this unique chalet lifts guests up into the trees and offers gorgeous lake and creek views. The Ridge is a secluded, yet conveniently located vacation home that is perfectly situated off of Whitetail Lake and moments away from Innsbrook’s greatest attractions.

Cozy but spacious, this hidden oasis features three bedrooms, two recently renovated full bathrooms, an updated kitchen fully equipped with all of your cooking needs, an open floor plan with a wall of floor to ceiling windows, screened porch with foosball table and dart board, expansive deck, fire pit area with seating for the whole family, and is packed full with all the essentials.

The reserved lakefront location has been recently updated with all of your vacation needs! Featuring direct access to the private kayak, beach and private dock, guests can enjoy lake life to the fullest with no interruption. Lounge in the sun on the private beach or relax in the private hot tub overlooking the lake. Everything you need for your perfect getaway is right at your fingertips!

A short path from the back of the chalet grants direct access to the shoreline. The peaceful 12 acre Whitetail Lake is the ideal hidden spot for fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or relaxation of any nature. Whether you’re looking for a weekend retreat or a week long family vacation, this chalet will be sure to fulfill the stress-free getaway you’ve been seeking!

Chalet Amenities Include:
• Private, primary bedroom on the main level with 2 queen beds and easy access to full bath
• Upstairs, two additional bedrooms and full bath provides space for extra guests
• One room includes 2 queen beds, and the other includes a set of bunk beds (twin over full), and 1 twin bed
• A fully stocked kitchen on the main level equipped with recently updated custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, plus everything you need for easy meal preparation
• Roomy living area with a brand new TCL Roku smart TV pre-loaded with all the necessary apps for movie nights and entertainment, stone fireplace, recently updated furniture, cozy sitting area, and a wall of windows that offer a scenic, four seasons view of the outdoors that can be seen throughout the interior
• Large Dining Room area big enough for family dinners, sitting area for morning coffee or playing games
• Screened porch, off of the main living area, equipped with a foosball table and dart board
• Expansive deck with outdoor furniture, private hot tub, and grill
• Outdoor fire pit area with eight lounge chairs, ideal for evening gatherings or s’more fun (please bring your own fire wood)

House was great and the views were awesome. We had everything we needed except it did say everything we needed to cook but we could’ve used a cutting board, cookie sheet and sharper knives. But overall we had a great stay and would go back! Host was super responsive.

Lovely Stay!

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful time! Check in was easy and everything was exactly how it was listed. We utilized the pool and clubhouse restaurant, both of which were easy to get to from the home. Everything was clean and checkout was a breeze. I’d absolutely recommend to a friend! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice Weekend Spot

Overall stay was very pleasant. The bunk bed in one of the bedrooms was loose so we didn't stay on that (which was fine and didn't need) out of the concern for sturdiness. The dishwasher didn't clean super well on some items. The cabin gave a very cozy vibe which we were looking for.

Great amenities but could use some cleaning

House has a nice location as it is right on the lake. It has a nice hot tub & a large deck. The only downfall was the house was very dusty. Dust covered all surfaces of the house and made it hard for those with allergies.

Rough Start

Our stay started off very rough. We arrived at 3:00 and they were still cleaning. I didn’t realize but they had sent me a text about 15 min earlier saying the were delayed. Now keep in mind some of us drove over 4 hour and we had 13 people which included 3 three year olds and a 5 year old plus myself a current chemo patient. We just wanted to be able to get in. So about 45 min we were able to get in, and some of the cleaning was skipped and they left the dishwasher full for us to empty. We were not happy at all. We were there so we could be together for the anniversary of my husband’s death. The place for the most part was ok, very rustic and very outdated however also very run down. The walkway and outdoor steps were very dangerous for all ages. So we just stayed away from the lake. We also had many problems with the bedroom tv. It was suppose to work with the living room remote but it did not. I personally did not care for the yarn type knitted blankets. They were all fuzzy and old and just gross. Who knows when they were last washed. I could go on and on but I won’t. Bottom line is I will not stay there again nor would I recommend it to friends.

Great cabin in gorgeous setting

Loved this property for our girls’ getaway. Really loved having the Christmas tree. Hot tub worked great and beds were comfy (except for the bunk bed—super hard mattress). Great spaces for hanging out as a group. Was a close call between four and five stars; could have used a few more things in kitchen (like measuring spoons) and the water pressure in the shower was a dribble. Just a couple of things to be aware of. We otherwise loved it!

The house was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. Each bedroom was comfortable. Overall I would recommend this rental. Only down side was the drive to the house was on narrow roads. The house was very private though so it was worth the drive.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Beautiful, scenic, well-maintained A-frame cabin on the lake in Innsbrook. Our family of 8 enjoyed the weekend with board games (many provided and a perfect spot to play), foosball and darts in the game room, a fire with s’mores in the fire pit with 8 comfy chairs provided, kayaking in the lake and nights in the hot tub under the stars. Perfect spot for a family!!

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a nice feature along with the wood fire place. I wish we stayed during the summer so we could have used the pond. Everything you need is in the unit and the main TV is massive!
