Nice location

Stay was good, but property could sure use a deep cleaning. Carpets were especially dirty. We weren’t sure where to park our sprinter rv. Property manager never responded to our question. Nice location, but condo condition detracted from our stay.

Great place to visit

This is a very nice property that makes you feel at home. Tons of amenities. And, absolutely loved the upstairs shower. Very nice that shampoo, body wash, and conditioner are provided. I would highly recommend this place!

Great stay

Everyone had fun, the older grandkids, and the young ones. So close to 2 beaches, beautiful outdoor space to just sit and listen to nature, nicely furnished, just a great time. Just wish they would rent watersports equipment on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Beaches need work

The actual unit was nice. However, when we went to the beach we found a tremendous amount of dog poop near the water where you needed to get in and out of the water. It was nasty and left a bad impression. Also, street signs need to be adjusted so they are at a height that can be easily seen, not a foot off the ground. Once we secured a map, it was much easier to get around.

Nice property

- 5 min walk to shared beach - really nicely upgraded bathrooms - easy property to find / easy in/out which isn’t always the case at Innsbrook - modest sized living spaces, but you are outdoors mostly - broken back patio table top and yucky coffee maker, but owner seemed responsive to correct once we connected - very clean bathrooms and bedrooms but living room / kitchen areas could use a deep clean. - overall nice stay for the price
