Welcome to The Lions Den!

Located on the shores of Lake Aspen near Lionshead Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is the perfect home-away-from-home! Live lake life to the fullest in this decked out, spacious property with nautical decor and stunning views of Lake Aspen. The open living area features a cozy sectional, wood burning fireplace, new smart TV, dining room table, and sliding glass doors leading out to the expansive private deck. Right off of the living area is the fully equipped kitchen prepped and ready for your cooking needs, along with a full bathroom right around the corner.

Three private bedrooms are located on the second level along with two additional full bathrooms. The primary bedroom overlooks the crystal clear waters of Lake Aspen, offering a true waterfront experience. A comfortable king bed and one twin bed occupy the primary bedroom, along with a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double and a twin, while the third bedroom is complete with two twin beds. Embrace the tranquil setting on the upstairs private balcony, or kick your feet up and enjoy the views from the private deck.

Located in the heart of Innsbrook, guests can explore all the outstanding amenities Innsbrook has to offer that are only a short car ride away. Experience the Innsbrook lifestyle to the fullest at Lionshead Beach which is only footsteps away, play 18 rounds of golf on the championship golf course, or grab a bite to eat at the Clubhouse Bar & Grille that is host to many live music events. Location is good. Condo needs major updates. Very 80s furnishings and decor. Needed a carpet cleaning. Would not stay at this condo again

Beautiful area. Lots of space to walk around. Neighbors can be heard as if they're in the condo with you. They were not loud people... we could just hear them talking and laughing. Outdated to the max. Sort of clean. Ex. coffee pot was not washed and mold in the showers that could easily be wiped. The condos are just eh but the surrounding area is nice.

Quiet get away

The property was fine and comfortable. We had a nice, quiet time as a family. I wish there would have been more communication about a few things like bringing our own beach/pool towels and also the chairs being removed at the pool due to COVID. Also, we were not able to rent paddle boards or kayaks given the days we were there.

Innsbrook is a gem

We enjoyed being at Innsbrook! This property is nice, but could use some cleaning in terms of windows, kitchen cabinets, etc. We couldn't see out of the sliding glass door. The bathrooms have been updated and they are lovely. Just a deep cleaning and some updating and cleaning of the kitchen, and this would be a first rate property!
