This stunning two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits lakeside to 150 acre Lake Aspen, Innsbrook's second largest lake, and is packed with everything you need to have the relaxing vacation you've been seeking. Enjoy all the natural lighting that seeps through the windows, allowing you to be in touch with nature all while the comforts of home are within reach.

This condo is ideal for a small family or group, featuring a primary bedroom and private, handicap accessible primary bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and one set of bunk beds, a second full bathroom, an open living area with luxury furniture and spacious dining room table, new flat screen TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. From the dining area, step out onto the private deck and observe the sparkling waters of Lake Aspen below.

This particular condo is one of the only true handicap accessible units in the entire complex, fully capable with curbless walk-in shower, necessary handles, extra wide doorways, and exterior ramp from parking lot.

Located in the heart of Innsbrook, guests can explore all the outstanding amenities Innsbrook has to offer that are only a short car ride away. Experience lake life to the fullest on one of the many beaches by Lake Aspen, play 18 rounds of golf on the championship golf course, or grab a bite to eat at the Clubhouse Bar & Grille that is host to many live music events. Every thing was to our liking. It was a very quiet spot which was just what we were looking for. We were only there for two days and would like to stay longer the next time.

Great condo

This was perfect for a girls weekend. W have been getting together for the past 21 years. Never have we stayed anywhere that was so well furnished with everything we needed. Place was very clean. Sheets and beds were excellent! Dane was always quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again!

The property would have been great except there was mouse droppings all over the kitchen floors, counter too, dinning room table, and sliding glass doorway. No broom. Mouse got into all of the food on the countertop and had to be thrown away.

It was a nice place and comfortable and private.Nice deck with plenty of tables (2)and chairs. All was good except the NEST thermostat that kept reverting back to 78, that was a minor issue, and the screen door needs an overhaul.

Fabulous and lovely condo close to Aspen lake

June 2020 Stay

The kids and I enjoyed our stay here! There are few suggestions I wish they would tell you upfront. The first item is to rent paddleboards, canoe or Kayak from the center you need 24 hours in advance and even more time if you want it delivered. The Center closes at 4:00 and check in is 3:00 so you have to do this quickly. In addition during this time you have to register for the pool. They fill up quickly but we were able to walk in and get a small table. Bring chairs to pool. It would also be nice for property to indicate bring beach towels. All in all we had a great time and will be back. Thank you for a great weekend.
