The bedroom features a flexible zip-and-link bed, set up as a double but can be made into two singles on request – perfect for couples or friends travelling together. You’ll also find a charming patio area, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink, and a compact kitchenette with a sink, air fryer and portable hob – just right for preparing light meals or snacks during your stay. Step into a stylish and spacious open-plan living and dining area designed for comfort and connection. The plush lounge invites you to unwind with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV so that you can stream your favourite channels. The contemporary dining table comfortably seats four, making it ideal for shared meals, games night or remote working – the perfect space to gather, recharge and enjoy a glass of wine.

BEDROOM

The bedroom features a flexible zip-and-link bed, set up as a double but can be made into two singles on request – perfect for couples or friends travelling together.

We provide fresh bed linen.

KITCHENETTE

The kitchen features modern appliances, including an electric portable hob and air fryer, fridge, kettle, and microwave, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery – perfect for whipping up a delicious brunch or lunch. To get your stay off to a flying start, we provide a few complimentary essentials – tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – ready and waiting for you.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Pets

This property is not pet-friendly

Check-Out

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes.
Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.
Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.
Switch off the lights.
Close all windows.
Turn down the heating.
These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

Age Policy

The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
