Visit "Worthing Beach 180" and enjoy the magnificent 180 degree sea views from both the living room and kitchen breakfast room with the convenience of a private parking space at the door.

Recently renovated with no expense spared, this first floor apartment has every amenity you could want for a romantic getaway or family break by the sea.

Beach 180 is perfectly located for those who want to dip in and out of the buzz and action of central Worthing, or who want their car to hand to explore a bit more of Sussex.

You are a short walk from the town centre and pier (which you can see from your windows) but have a quiet stretch of beach right opposite you to enjoy away from the crowds and a peaceful spot to retreat to between all the holiday activities !

Enjoy the coastal views by day and the twinkling lights by night, take a stroll into Worthing along the beach and past the fresh fish sellers, outdoor gym and beach huts and try out some of the many and varied restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars Worthing has to offer.

The space
Beach 180 has plenty of living space with adjoining South facing kitchen breakfast room and lounge diner - both with sea views. You'll find a comfy corner sofa, 2 dining areas, 43 inch Samsung smart TV, super fast broadband, DVD player, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven, gas hob & large fridge freezer.

The bedrooms offer a king size bed and 2 singles. There is space for a travel cot in the main bedroom - if you would like to use our Cuggl travel cot, please let us know when you book and remember to bring your own cot bedding, high chair, sippy cups etc.

The modern shower room is compact with electric power shower.

The private parking space is at the front of the property - essentially the stoned front garden - so it couldn't be more convenient to come and go.

You will have the apartment to yourself for your stay.

Other things to note
- The apartment is on the first floor with one set of stairs (split into 2 sections) to access the apartment's private front door.
- Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a booking form detailing the guests on the booking and their nationality. Passport details are required for any guests who are not British, Irish or Commonwealth. (This is a legal requirement)
- Bookings cannot be sold or transferred and all facilities are exclusively for the use of your group - no parties / events and no additional guests may be at the property at any time
- Strictly no smoking, vaping or illegal substances or activities at the property
- No burning of candles or other flammables
(battery candles and fairy lights are provided to create the atmosphere without the fire risk)
- No charging of electric vehicles – this poses a fire risk and constitutes energy theft.
- All windows must be closed and doors locked whenever you go out and the communal door to the building must be kept closed AT ALL TIMES

Anyone found to be in breach of any of the above conditions will be asked to leave immediately without refund and having forfeited their security deposit.

- Any damage not reported on arrival may be chargeable
- Please leave the property in good order - dispose of rubbish in external bins (recycling in blue lid bin)and wash up and put away any kitchen items used. Please leave keys on the dining table at check-out.
- Check out is 10am to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests, therefore late checkouts will be chargeable at a rate of £15 for every 15 mins or part thereof.
- Charges apply for lost or damaged keys and guests would be responsible for locksmith call out fees.
- Please note that the parking area and entrance door to the property are monitored by RING camera.

We were looking for accommodation with a sea view to escape for a few nights. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and contained everything anyone would need. Communication was great with the host. Approximately 7 minutes walk from restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay!

We found the apartment very well presented and functional, with an excellent kitchen and modern appliances. Bathroom is somewhat small, but that's to be expected in these updated older houses and is part of the charm. Marvellous view across the road to the sea, although being a major thoroughfare the constant traffic noise can be a bit bothersome if the windows are open (but that's not a criticism of the apartment or owner). The town centre is just a short pleasant walk along the foreshore away.

I am a picky traveler, and I have to say this property exceeded all of my expectations. I feel like I've met my Vrbo soulmate in this property because the level of cleanliness was very high, and all of the amenities were extremely thoughtful. From the guestbook that outlined tips about the area to instructional manuals on how to use all the appliances to the thoughtful details of the twinkle lights...nothing was missed. It's always hard staying somewhere when you don't feel comfortable because the host hasn't cleaned properly or thought of the details. You don't have to worry about anything with this accommodation. It's absolutely perfect.

What a lowely flat. Exceptionally clean, super comfortable beds, absolutely great views of the coastline, fully equipped. Would certainly rent from again. Wouild be nice to have an earlier checkin instead of 5pm but made it work.

Was a perfect location to visit family in Worthing , spend some time at the beach and visit Arundel and Brighton. Highly recommended. Parking is a little harrowing but otherwise stellar.

We stayed in England for a break after some overseas travel. The apartment was perfect for us - beautiful views of the water and walking distance to whatever we needed. There was a festival down at the Worthing Pier area and we all had lots of fun in the arcade. The apartment was well maintained with all of the modern conveniences, and excellent instructions for how to operate everything. Thanks Sal!!

We loved being across the road from the beach. The flat is well within walking distance for shopping and the pier. We've decided to make this our go to place to stay when visiting our friends.

I was very pleased to live in a cozy and bright apartment. The view from the window was amazing. The apartment had everything necessary for living. The place is quiet, there is a shop nearby, a fish shop and a little further in the center there are many cafes and restaurants. The owner was always in touch, very kind and responsive. Thanks
