"I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. "I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. Upon reaching the front desk in late afternoon, he presented his driver's license and a card. He said he had a reservation. The front desk clerk said no reservation - almost gleefully. Really put him through the ringer to just check in. He said his wife made it. She kept pointing out things like there wasnt an address or phone number on file. He really didnt know...

"Staff is always welcoming and quick to respond to any needs. This venue has existed for a few years but the facility is well kept. There was a sign at the front desk stating that the pool was out of service, but I don't ask why or for how long it would be out. Room and food service areas were clean. This is great place to stay and have some money left in your pocket when you depart! Thanks for another great stay Comfort Inn 👍👍"

"The room itself was okay. A little dated, and some damage to the tiling in the bathroom, but it was fine for our needs. The lighting however is terrible. Two extremely bright desk lamps (one on the desk, one on the nightstand),which left the rest of the room dark; but if you were in bed or at the desk with the light on, you were blinded. The lighting at the sink was a little dark. Overall not bad for an overnight stay, but with the lighting, I wouldn’t be able to stay any longer. Also…the bed is...

"Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat"
