"We enjoyed our overnight stay. Comfy bed, clean and neutral room was very relaxing. Only issue was the led desk lamp registers a high pitch noise. Just like our experience with the last stay, so we simply turned it off. Small inconvenience that in no way impacted our overall stay. We’d recommend Hotel Marcel. "

"Nice facility. Well situated for Yale Medical facilities, but also walkable to food options closer to Yale’s main campus. It was a hike on foot to Union Station, but easy by car. The room was clean and well designed. The stand-out for me was the fitness facility. Not only was the space large, but the range of equipment was considerably better than average. "I really enjoyed my stay. It's so conviently located near the Yale campus, near Broadway and York. Definitely waljing distance for most people. The room was clean, comfortable with a large flatscreen TV which was easy to use to find lical news and weather! So important when you're traveling. Staff wss most attentive, very helpful and easily understood our needs and requests. Housingkeeping was excellent. When we asked fir extra service, they provided it with a smile. "There was nothing about this place that we liked. The parking lot was being used by a crew of workers. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets. The desk help was apologetic, but never offered to come and see what we were talking about and never offered to reimburse us!"
