The Space: Just minutes from Wooster Community Hospital, Cleveland Clinic Wooster, the College of Wooster & OSU CFAES, Schaeffler, Smith Foods, Frito Lay Plus, shopping and schools are close by for your convenience! You will find this newly constructed home in a beautiful new neighborhood built right next to the picturesque Oak Hill Park.
Your most Pleasant lodging experience awaits As you approach the house and walk up to our home, you will be greeted by a small front porch and a beautiful entryway.
Inside is an open floor plan with beautiful quartz countertops, everything you need for all your cooking and baking desires and a coffee bar to die for! The living area and dining area are open to the kitchen, which completes the first floor, which is also serviced by a powder room. kitchen seats eight at a beautiful slab wood table and three at the quartz counter.
The back deck has some beautiful outdoor furnishings that makes the outdoor space as comfortable as the living room. This serene space is excellent for a warm cup of coffee amidst the new chill of the fall, or for some sweet tea as you watch the family play out back in the heat of the summer.
Up to the second level and at the top of the stairs, the fourth bedroom is an open-style loft bedroom with 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds and the third bedroom has a single queen. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub. But if you are reading this, hopefully, you get to enjoy the Master Suite. The spacious master is adorned with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with dual sinks, a separate linen closet, and a beautiful stand-up shower!
An office is also available in the finished basement. Also in the basement is a 5th sleeping room...This room is huge .... has 2 Queen Murphy beds, a wrap-around couch, and a 55-inch TV. This basement room has windows that face out into the backyard! Warning however, there is no bathroom in the basement, so basement sleepers will need to use the powder room on the 1st floor or full bath on the 2nd floor.

Other things to note* This space has been prepared for guests traveling to Wooster from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term or mid-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Extra clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please gather excess trash and place in large receptacles on the side. Trash can be put out on Monday for a Tuesday morning pickup.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is not allowed inside the house (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)
✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.
✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

✹ Early Check-in: If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in. Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out: Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests.
✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive!
✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.
✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
Guest Access: You will be messaged a code followed by a check mark. This code is enabled in the electronic keypad deadbolt during your stay and can be used to unlock as well as to lock the door.
