"Beautiful hotel, fantastic restaurant on site "Siena". Room was beautiful but TV did NOT work, kept tuning out and staff not able to fix. Would be great if they offered daily breakfast not just weekends. Lobby is lovely, staff is very attentive!"

"Everything was excellent—we had a great stay and would absolutely return. The only minor issue was that the mattresses felt a bit worn and slightly saggy and could use an update. There’s no on-site parking, but the parking garage is less than a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which was still very convenient."

"I stayed at this hotel twice in the span of a week (I am a travel nurse). The first time I stayed there was fine albeit could use a little cleaning as someone’s hair was in my shower. The second time I stayed was not good. I went to the bathroom (just to pee) and the toilet was backed up. I was leaving for work for the night and let them know that they can come in and fix it. "DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel needs to de demolished. It looked like it hasn't been inspected or cleaned for years. Everything was broken, the stairs, the door, the window, the bathroom, the bed. It was beyond dirty the bed has stains, duct tape on the bed, spider webs everywhere. Non smoking room smelled like cigaretts. How is this place even open?"

"I had the bad luck to need a hotel in New Haven at the last moment on graduation weekend at Yale. This was the ONLY available place under $200 a night. Calling this place a ‘roach motel’ is an insult to roaches. "I do not recommend this. It is nasty, dirty, smells very bad and a lot of street people outside smoking drugs. Photos are not real, rooms do not look like that."
