This stylish, contemporary apartment has been designed to provide the perfect beach retreat for surfers and families. Directly overlooking the award-winning beach resort of Woolacombe, and situated just 150 metres from the beach, the apartment is purposefully set up for enjoying all the coastal activities that Woolacombe has to offer, and benefits from its own parking space and secure garage for water sports equipment.

Situated in a modern development, this second-floor apartment is decorated in a modish, contemporary fashion with accents of blues and greys giving a nod to its coastal location. The open-plan living space with a pristine kitchen area boasts coastal and country views and offers a comfortable and cosy area ideal for dining with family and friends, relaxing or chilling out in front of the large Smart TV after a day on the beach. Two delightful bedrooms overlook the gardens at the rear, and the bathroom completes the internal accommodation. On the ground floor are the parking space and private garage, so it’s easy to load up your equipment for a day exploring the coastline.

The apartment is within 150 metres of all the village facilities including coffee shops, restaurants, surf shops and galleries. In addition to being one of the UK's most popular surfing beaches with miles of golden sands, this coastal village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and provides a great base for exploring the beauty and diversity of North Devon. There are plenty of awe-inspiring footpaths, cycle tracks and dog walks on the doorstep – including the South West Coast Path just 200 metres away. If you choose to go further afield, the wilds of Exmoor National Park and the picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe are both within 7.5 miles.
