"The staff were so nice and helpful the entire stay! It’s also the perfect location (is on top of a steep slope so be aware) but the hotel itself could use better cleaning. The room was not too clean and you don’t get slippers so pack your own or walk barefoot on their carpets. Nevertheless, a solid hotel for a weekend trip. "

My husband got a card from the staff wishing him a wonderful birthday and some goodies in the room. Our kitty got a little toy, we were offered amenities for our kitty if we needed. "Great location. Rooftop Bar service was slow and drinks were not good. The room was nice but the temperature was so warm. We had it set to 60 but the room temperature didnt drop below 71. I love the ambiance of this hotel and the rooms themselves but lighting is definitely an issue. As a woman, a lit up mirror for make up would be a huge plus. "
