Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
When we arrived we realized they had placed on the first floor with a walkout door. Not ideal. We went to the room and it was very dirty (we have pictures). We went to the front desk and they were very apologetic and came immediately to clean it. And when we returned- it was indeed clean. Now it was time to sleep- one cannot sleep with non stop chaos. There were apparently a few hockey teams staying there and multiple groups of snowmobilers. I’m unsure why they did not strategically place these groups- but they did not. It was thumping and running into the wee early hours of the morning. Move into night two- SAME THING!! My husband called the front desk at 1am and was told a group of snowmobilers had just arrived back and they were rearranging cots and kids were in the hallway while they were doing so. I’ve never in my life experienced such nonsense. Then upon checking out- it appeared my credit card had been charged twice- the poor young girl at the front desk was by herself and was ‘in training’. She did her very best to try to figure it out- but she couldn’t. We left with it unresolved. I’ve no idea who is managing this building, but I can assure you- if they had ANY competition in that little town- their rooms would be empty. Some strategic planning and hospitality training is much required!
