"The person that checked us in for both rooms was nice, but could have been a little more professional. The website says “extra towels at request” and “housekeeping daily”. That tells me housekeeping would come in each morning. They didn’t. The back half of the hotel was rundown and there were broke down cars outside. The microwave in one of our rooms BARELY worked. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was stronger than the water pressure coming from the shower. I low-key felt like I needed to...

One small wastebasket for the room. No shower curtain liner. Refrigerator leaked overnight and we had to use the towels to clean the floor. That's how we found out the floors were FILTHY 😡. "Rooms smells of cigarettes and weed along with a super potent musty smell like water has been trapped or something, floors were damp, bed uncomfortable. Stayed here a month or so ago as well and was told they were out of toilet paper when we ran out so had to go purchase some and was told the exact same thing this stay."
