New construction on 113 acre Brandy Lake. Full-Rec. lake with sandy bottom and clear water. Great fishing (Musky, Walleye, Northern Pike, Lg. Mouth Bass & Panfish). Level, sandy beach with dock. Boat landing is just a few houses down the shoreline. Large lot with nice yard and mature trees. Firepit, grill, oversized picnic table, plenty of outdoor furniture sets, fishing boat, kayaks, 18' floating water mat, slip 'n slide, yard games, etc. Two patios overlooking the lake. 7 parking spots. Keyless entry & security camera. Wildlife right outside the door (bald eagles, deer, rabbits, loons, ducks, etc.).

The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is great for large groups, with a vaulted ceiling & picture window overlooking the lake. Nice master suite with covered patio overlooking the lake, king bed, 50" 4k Roku TV, double vanity, spa showerhead & oversized jacuzzi. Smart home features with Amazon Alexa throughout the house. Free access to cable/internet, Disney+, AppleTV, ESPN+, Hulu+, HBO Max, Paramount+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video with tons of purchased movies & shows. PROS: The location of the home right on the lake is great. We appreciated that pets were allowed. Shampoos and soaps provided were a nice touch. CONS: Our first concern was driving into the driveway as it's right off the highway and downhill. There was a large mound of snow to be overtaken. It snowed whilst we were there and it wasn't plowed. We had to manually shovel the entrance even though we had all wheel drive. The dishwasher did not work. Owner said he would contact his appliance person yet no one came. We didn't have a dishwasher for the week.There were 25 towels in the dryer.Owner said we didn't have to put them away but we needed them for our stay. A bathroom sink had a chunk out of it with tape X across part of it. & a use with caution note. Bathtub jets spewed out black mold that went all over the children.T.V. remote had dead batteries. The 3rd bedroom advertised 6 twin beds but there were only 2 (there are fold out cots in closets). 3 out of the 4 can lights in the kitchen ceiling burned out. The can opener doesn't work. There were cobwebs and the glass shelves in the kitchen had a thick layer of dust as did the glasses on them, etc. I don't want to be picky but Josh, you really need to give a little TLC to your home. It is a wonderful location and has lots to offer.

Stayed for a snowmobile trip. Perfect spot right on the lake to get to the trails. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Very nice. Some spots around the house needed a little TLC. Couldn't figure out how to turn the flood lights on outside in the back. Wasn't expecting the driveway to be so steep. Overall, very good stay

Great property in awesome location. House was all it said it would be. Plenty of sleeping area, rest area and play area. We were there for a golf getaway so we didn't use any of the water toys, but they were all there if we would have wanted to. Clean and many kitchen items to use for cooking. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

3 out of 5 starsLovely location, but home needs some TLCWe had a great time at Brandy Lake—such a peaceful and beautiful spot! Josh was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. When I reached out with concerns about the cleanliness of the home, he addressed them promptly and refunded our cleaning deposit, which I appreciated.That said, the overall condition of the house left a bit to be desired. While the space has great potential, it’s in need of some attention and upkeep. The oven was not clean, and the shower tile grout showed signs of mildew, which made things feel less comfortable than expected. There were also several small details throughout the home—things like general wear and lack of deep cleaning—that gave the impression the property isn’t being maintained to the standard we’ve come to expect from VRBO rentals.With some care and attention, this could be a truly wonderful rental. I hope future guests see the improvements, because the location really is something special.

It was fine, Needs a larger hot water heater. The front door had an issue with the keypad, lucky one of us was in the house when the code would not work. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is nice, Ate at a great restaurant. The four Seasons, Highly recommend.

House on busy road

It is a nice sized house,modern decor. We had an issue with the front door knob,we contacted the owner and he sent his maintenance guy to come fix it. I was in contact with the owner several times before our stay asking about the layout, to get to know more about the room placement. He did tell me that there are 6 twin beds in the lower level bedroom. The details that he left out was that 4 of those beds were cots. There was a thicker "mattress" to put on the cots but not the best to sleep on. The other beds were very comfortable. There are two whirlpool tubs in the house but he doesn't have the size water heater to be able to fill the tub with hot water to even be able to use them. Actually, we had to take very short showers otherwise the hot water would run out quickly. He did have someone come over and turn the temperature up on the water heater. The pull out couch had not been cleaned. We had to sweep and vacuum the mattress and sides of it before using it. When we first walked into the house there was a dirty blanket sitting on the kitchen table and the kitchen needed to be swept. First i,pressions were very dissappointing unfortunately

Home was as advertised. Well appointed with everything we needed. We were in town for a family gathering, and it was only a place for us to sleep, and possibly have kids nap, but it was outfitted with plenty to enjoy the lake.

Minocqua vacation

We had a great time! The house was great space for the family. We loved the kayaks, water pad, and the slip and slide was a hit! We felt the lake was great for fishing but not the best for swimming. The beach was not as nice as we expected but the kids loved fishing off the dock. We did find a nice beach at Crystal Lake.
