"Achtet bei der Buchung genau auf die Wahl des Zimmers. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer kein Fenster. Dazu war das Zimmer direkt neben dem gemeinschaftsraum mit offenem Kamin (Tack Room). Das zweite Bett war leider auch sehr durchgelegen und ich habe die Federn gespührt. Der Check in ist nur von 16 bis 18 Uhr. Das Frühstück, das Anwesen an sich und die Betreiber sind Tip top. "It's a fantastic place to stay, but the wallpaper which is fab could do with glueing down in the room we stayed in 132. Also herb sausage is not breakfast sausage, maybe do just pork or beef sausage. Everything else was fantastic lovely stay."

"Fairfield house was well situated close to Warkworth and the beach. The hosts were excellent, very attentive with lovely little touches like freshly made cakes left each day and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous breakfasts. Highly recommend."

"Pros - helpful and friendly check in, great tea tray, big tv and massive choice of channels, comfy big bed, fan already in the room. Cons - limited parking (4 spots) on first come first served basis, located in student area so lots of activity but depending on your age that might be a Pro (lol)"
