The house is spacious and clean. There was a welcome letter and gift waiting when I arrived. Very nice touch.. It accommodated my family and a few guest during our stay. The host was prompt in responding and clear in expectation and with the check in and check out process. I would definitely book to stay here in the future.

Clean Modern lots of room

Our family stayed here for a graduation trip. It exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all cooking amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were also very helpful for our group. Not familiar with the area, we weren’t sure what to expect. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Close proximity to everything we needed. Thank you!

Great spot

We enjoyed our stay here. It had plenty of space for all of us to spread out and was conveniently located. It was about 40 minutes to DC, close to Quantico and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The host was very easy to communicate with and the area was very quiet. We would stay here again

The most positive thing I can say about this property is that the host was very responsive even though he was out of the country. When we arrived, we couldn't enter the property because we were never given the lock code. The host replied almost immediately when contacted. The property, however, could use some thorough maintenance. Several things listed in the description did not work, i.e., ice maker/water dispenser in fridge, all of the 3 bathroom's outlets had no electricity (yes, we checked the breaker), ceiling light in front bedroom didn't work, furniture was broken, power reclining couch had no power, microwave turntable was from a different model so didn't rotate, couldn't find a first aid kit that was listed, shower faucet handle was loose and missing a part, and worst of all was the air filters for the furnace were FILTHY! Another reviewer said about the furnace not being big enough to heat the upstairs...this is what we found also, and it happened to be in the 20's outside. Clean air filters would have helped. Extra blankets would have been welcome too. Thankfully, we took our own flannel sheets and an extra blanket. Only if these issues were addressed would we stay here again.

Spacious

We were a family of 5 so we appreciated the space to spread out. The unit only has one furnace for 3 levels so it was difficult getting the temperatures comfortable for each level. We had minor issues none that would prevent me from staying there again. Host may contact me via phone if he wishes to discuss. Thank you for the use of your home.

Our stay was great !!!! Check in was easy and there were snacks and drinks and a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived which was really nice as we had a long trip. The townhouse was very clean and in a very good location. It is a great place to stay.

Quantico Graduation Stay

We were in the Virgina area for our son's graduation from Quantico. There was 4 of us and the neighborhood is only about a 10-minute drive from the base. The townhouse was exactly as advertised. Very clean and lots of room to relax. There is a nice deck outside the kitchen and a table with chairs down below in its own little courtyard. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors on either side were quiet as well. I forgot there were neighbors. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the townhouse, so there is not a long walk at all from the parking lot. Very close to restaurants and shopping. There is a Wegman's about 5 minutes away for a grocery store. Check in process and check out were super easy. The host communicated several times to see if we needed anything. No issues at all. We would stay here again if needed and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Great stay!

Great location and exactly what we needed to accommodate our larger group. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor and one in the basement. At least one bathroom on each level as well so it worked out really well for us. It was a nice home away from home while we were in town visiting family.

Great family space

Visited the area for my son's graduation at Quantico (which is 20 minutes away). We needed room for 4 single adults and a toddler, plus two visitors for dinner/game night. Property just as described, kitchen well-appointed, lots of room to spread out; basement setup was great for the toddler and her mom. Grocery store and Wal-Mart close by made shopping for groceries a breeze. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Loved the little extras

Host provided chips, water bottles and Cokes for our group along with a bottle of wine, items stocked in pantry. Unexpected but so appreciated! Not much to do at check out many other rentals. Was also accommodating when we had to add an additional person to our rental. Great stay! Lots of room. Plenty bathrooms.

Nice property

Our host was very welcoming. The property was clean, but could use some sprucing up. It was stocked with a lot of useful things, but there were a few gaps such as the hand soap in a couple of bathrooms being watered down and nearly empty.

Excellent home with plenty of room for 7 adults.

We were extremely happy renting this property. Had plenty of room for our family of 7. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Alexander was a gracious host, welcoming us with snacks and even a bottle of wine. Being of an older generation… wished there were directions left for using the remote for the different tv options. Figured it out after some persistence. Would rent here again when visiting the area.
