Guests are NOT permitted to enter the 3rd floor staircase/office area. It is monitored by a camera with a motion censor. This area houses our HVAC.
We have removed the firepit due to extreme drought. No vaping, smoking, fires, fireworks or sparklers or lighting matches of any kind.
Do NOT climb or tamper with any equipment located at or around the barn. There are cameras with censors. The barn is not accessible to the public.

The property is lovely. The owners have done a great job renovating and the place is well appointed and comfortable. We were happy with the location, as it is conveniently located for access to OCNJ, Somer's Point, and Cape May.

Pancake Hollow Farm

Property is new and clean, with a convenient location to get to Ocean City, Stone Harbor, or Cape May all within about a half hour to 45 mins. Overall a pleasant place to stay and glad we went with Pancake Hollow.

Cleanly and Quaint

This was a gem of a stay. Spacious, plenty of parking space, clean, and stocked with just about anything you may need for a stay. The communication was great, and the owners were very accommodating of our needs.

Sweet Country Farmhouse

We loved our 3-night stay at the Pancake Hollow Farm. From the welcoming wrap around porch to the flower beds to the unique farmhouse decor our stay was fabulous. Everything was meticulously clean, and the dimmable lights made for a nice touch when you wanted softer lighting. Linens, towels, and all necessities were of high quality, and we wanted for nothing. We can't wait to return to this sweet retreat in South Jersey.

60 College Girlfriend Getaway

We finally set a date and a place and found ourselves in Corbin City. Easy trip from Philadelphia airport. The house was spacious and clean and the grounds are lovely with all the parking any group could want/need. Proximity to shore but far enough away from the hassle of the shore. We had one minor issue and Laura appeared almost immediately. Lovely hosts and kind souls. Two minor notes - the house fronts the main road and no dishwasher. All three of us highly recommend this wonderful getaway!!

Stunning Home & Great Hosts

The home is beautifully finished with impeccable taste. It looked like it was out of a magazine! We wanted to be near shore points, but also retreat to a calm setting (not be in a loud shore town), which this provided being 30 minutes from Atlantic City and 20 minutes from Ocean City - and they gave us OC beach tags! We really enjoyed the gorgeous porch and seating options out back, cooking on the grill and enjoying the landscape.Laura was incredibly communicative, so nice and fast responses, which was greatly appreciated. She provided everything we needed and was super helpful. The house is on a main road, which was busy during weekdays, and quieter on the weekend.

Amazing Farmhouse Stay! (Exceeded Expectations - Highly Recommend)

Laura's farmhouse was AMAZING and I will definitely rebook! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The main living area is an excellent gathering space with high ceilings and an open layout, while a mudroom off the kitchen provides a quiet retreat for introverts. The entire house is newly renovated and the kitchen has all you could need – brand new appliances and plates, cups and cutlery were provided (disposable and non-disposable). The temperature was warm and comfy throughout, beds were comfy, towels were plush and showers were hot. The bedding was super cozy and I can't think of a single thing I would change. Windows were nice and large with great natural light coming in, including the front door which is framed glass. The location is right off of the highway but there are no other houses around so plenty of privacy. We appreciated that cans were provided for both trash and recycling, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. Our trip was short so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all amenities - I'm sure the wraparound porch will be great in warmer weather and they also have a fire pit available when conditions allow. We were in the area for a family event which the location was perfect for - it would definitely serve as a great homebase for a stay in South Jersey to visits shore points, the county zoo, etc. Laura was very responsive in our communication and super accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this property to others!
