"This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here."

"Housekeepers did a very cursory job. We were there for 5 days and I don’t believe the carpet was ever swept. There was a disgusting stain on our window shade, which they tried to clean unsuccessfully. They said it would be replaced if it couldn’t be cleaned, but never was. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, just adequate for travelers."

"Pool closed. Doors unlocked and left open. Felt unsafe and even left early on last night to go to another hotel due to feeling unsafe"

"We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals"

"This was a scary stay. I told my kids that I thought that I was staying at the Bates Motel (google the movie Psycho if you are not familiar). It is in a desolate area and gave off a creepy vibe. The parking lot has huge potholes. The room itself was pretty good. I have no complaints there. No coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Good internet connection, which was an issue with other hotels that I have stayed at. I would not stay here again."

"The water park is the main attraction attracting families with kids... But the rooms are designed for just sleeping.. I stayed there a family of two adults and three kids. For two nights.. I took store bought container food and paper plates.. But there was no where to sit. We sat on the beds.. Food got everywhere. On the floor, beds.. Everywhere.. And there is nowhere to hang wet towels, swimsuits, bags.. and only one tiny trash can.. But they will give you trash bags if you want them. And...

"Staff was fantastic, property was beautiful, room was immaculate. But…A lot of street noise. Tried to plug a hairdryer in and it blew a fuse, the whole room went dark… We would go back, would just request a non-street facing room."

"A lovely historic hotel. The Spa was top notch. The 3 Owls restaurant was phenomenal. And the desk staff were friendly, quick, & knowledgeable. The Ghost tour is a lovely bit of local color. I would recommend ppl opt to stay here rather than KC."

"I stayed for an event in downtown Liberty and it was a fabulous experience. I ate at the Red Door and had a great experience there as well. Downtown Liberty was more than I imagined. I love a community that supports small businesses and families in the marketplace. What a wonderful community."

"Because of a family situation, it was 11p.m. that arrived at the hotel. There check-out time is 12 p.m. They let me extend my check-out time to 2 p.m. 🤗"

"Great family place to stay. This hotel was very clean and had big spacious rooms. For our short stay we didn’t utilize kitchen, but if staying longer it would be a nice addition. Breakfast was good, several options. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool after a day of travel."
