"booked two rooms for 3 people and wasnt disappointed on my return visit to this place. Clean and ideally placed for preston city centre. Easy local parking and highly recommended"

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. "Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am.
From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. "

"Great location and place for family. Our little girls had a great time. Playground was amazing addition to our trip and they enjoyed it very much. Lot's of things to do in surrounding areas with children, so would definitely recommend this place. The only downside for us was missing some comfy outdoor chairs and big pot in a kitchen. Other than that, very happy 😊"
