The Dockview is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just blocks away from all the attractions on Wisconsin Dells Parkway. Situated on beautiful Lake Delton with a very large 2nd floor balcony, our guests will love relaxing and watching as life on the lake flows by. We have indoor and outdoor (open seasonally) pools and hot tubs, a beach that is exclusive to the neighborhood, and patios equipped with gas grills.

This is a lake front property in Lighthouse Cove. It is located right next to the beach and has a great view. You will enjoy the kitchen that is complete with Cambria countertops and is completely open to the family room. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah`s Ark waterpark is an 8 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Walk-in Closet, Private Bath (w/ standup shower, jetted tub, & 2 sinks), Door to Patio, Roku TV. We keep 2 high quality twin rollaway beds with a 300 lb capacity in the closet.

We really enjoyed staying there. We appreciated the updated kitchen amenities (new pans, Keurig). The bedrooms and living room were both comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the luggage racks for our suitcases. We appreciated the large bathroom with 2 sinks and nice counter space. You can tell that it has been updated recently. The fireplace was a little dusty under the TV (no big deal). Thanks for a nice weekend.

We were very happy with the condo. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible. A few minor things, such as silverware shortage (only one teaspoon). Otherwise, the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Great appliances. The balcony needed to be cleaned, cobwebs all over walls. The condo inside looked clean but got our socks dirty, so maybe not terribly clean. The bathrooms were very clean and very nice. Had a leak from the garbage disposal, but it was immediately replaced when we called the manager. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay with some improvements

Generally a nice unit. ... Definitely clean and spacious! The listing didn't clearly indicate that the access to the lot would require the long flight of stairs, which made more of a challenge since there didn't seem to be an elevator. Handrails would be nice for entering and exiting the master bathtub. The master bed was a lot squishier than what we are used to, plus there were "hollows" in the mattress, which made sleeping less comfortable. The TP holder in the master bathroom is a bit 'wanky' and was ready to easily fall off.

Had an amazing stay!

Everything was just as described. This beautiful condo is not far from any Dell activity that you want to enjoy, but it is also far enough away to not feel like you are in the hustle and bustle. The lake views were amazing!! It was the perfect amount of activities and relaxation…the best of both worlds! The host was also great…great communication! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Experience

I’ve been staying in the Dells a couple of times for more years than I’m willing to admit. This unit, location and owner communications are fantastic. Selfishly I don’t want to tell you how great it is because I don’t want you to book it the same time I’m going to book my next visit!!

We'll def be back!!!

Beautiful condo overlooking the lake! We LOVED every moment of it!!! Condo was very clean and inviting with a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Chris was amazing with his quick and thorough replies to my many questions I had before our trip. We rented a tubing pontoon while there, and we had a blast! There are gas grills right outside the condos, so we grilled burgers there and had a nice family meal and played card games in the evening. (Btw, the grills were VERY clean, so we made sure we also cleaned them up after we grilled our burgers.) Woke up early to watch the sunrise. Wonderful memories! Loved every moment of it, and I look forward to renting the condo again next summer! Thank you, Chris, for being an outstanding host!!! :)

Family trip to the Dells

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept. It was clean and seemed up to date. I loved the balcony and it had a great view of the lake. It was centrally located. Lots of nice amenities like access to an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a sandy beach. All the appliances worked well. The owner was communicative and easily available. Bonus was the discounted tickets to Noah’s ark for the duration of our stay .
