This BEACHFRONT condo is setup for families, couples, girl's weekends or those annual golf trips. It is everything a beachfront getaway in the Dells should be. Situated on beautiful Lake Delton with a huge ground floor patio overlooking the beach, our guests can relax and watch as life on the lake flows by. Located near all of the area attractions.

Both indoor & outdoor pools with hot tubs and an exclusive beach will ensure year-round fun!

This is a beachfront property in Lighthouse Cove with a great view. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor (seasonally) pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from fishing on the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is less than a 10-minute walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Master Bath, Roku TV, Walk-in Closet & Door to Patio (folding twin bed, suitable for adults) stored in closet)

Bedroom 2 - Twin XL over Queen bunks, twin over twin bunks, Roku TV, Large Closet, bean bags, and adjacent to 2nd Full Bath w/ barn door to close the area off to form a 2nd suite.

Family Room - Large 65" Roku TV w/ HDMI cord for the kid's gaming systems, gas fireplace

Ground floor patio is perfect for relaxing, chatting, and keeping an eye on the kiddos playing on the beach.

Lighthouse Cove, while in the heart of the Dells, is a quiet neighborhood. It is a combination of residents, weekenders, and vacation rentals.
RENTAL AGREEMENT

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.

Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years old or be preapproved by host.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are
expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay for a quick getaway. The house is beautiful done and provides great space. The owner was very responsive and the location is wonderful. We loved being so close to the lake and beach. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was exceptionally clean. Beautifully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was 5 star plus! The only draw back would be not handicap accessible. Off and on loading a little tricky. We, will definitely book again. Thank you so much,Suzanne R.

The property was excellent and clean. It was peaceful with the lake right within our view. We were visiting a terminally ill relative and the peacefulness was just what we needed. The only recommendation is that you should advise people of the amount of stairs to get to and from the unit. It was tough on us with our daughter as she had spinal surgery a few months ago. Also, the stairs were slow going for us adults too.

This was our family’s first trip to WI Dells and we were so glad we chose to stay here rather than one of the resorts. The property was able to comfortably accommodate everyone one in our family and afforded us a lot of relaxing downtime. Check in was smooth and easy and the communication from the owner was helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

Spent a weekend! Way too short. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and bigger than expected, very clean. Wish it wasn’t so cold so we could have enjoyed the patio which is a good size. Small small issue the amount of stairs with luggage could be a juggle for some. I would definitely recommend to stay here!When had a question Chris always picked up the phone!

The property is newer and was exactly as described. It is only a 10 minute walk to Noah’s Ark from the condo (saves you from having to pay for parking). Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Being on the South side made it an easy 20 minute drive down to Devil’s Lake if you want to enjoy an amazing state park. We will definitely come back!

Located on Lake Delton this property was a very updated condo, a corner unit lakefront and met our expectations for a stay in the Dells. The porch is the only outdated part of the unit, but that was overlooked by the small sandy beach area located steps away which our small children enjoyed. It was nice to have an indoor pool to utilize on those rainy days when waterparks were closed.

Everything was absolutely gorgeous. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves, had a wonderful dinner at the boathouse with an incredible view, and had lots of fun at the water parks. Thanks much, we'll be back.

This place is spacious, right on the beach, and close to the indoor pool. We enjoyed the large rooms and open concept especially because the weather wasn't great so we spent a lot of time in doors playing games. It wasn't as clean as I expected, but the manager did send the cleaning lady back to clean the floors again. The people above us were loud until 1:30am but Chris answered my call at that time and took care of it! He is a great property manager.

Ourselves and our friends from NY each booked a unit hosted by the same person. Both our units were clean, easy access and beautiful view. We fished off the dock, dug in the sand, flew kites and rode our scooters. We enjoyed splashing in the pool and hot tub and making making our own meals in the very equipped kitchen spaces. A lot of memories were made and we already said we can't wait for our next stay!
