Red Oak Lodge @ Spring Brook Resort

Ideally situated just steps away from Spring Brook's clubhouse, this log sided six bedroom, four bath chalet home has two levels in addition to a beautifully finished basement complete with family/game room. The exterior features a spacious wrap around deck with plenty of seating, gas and charcoal grills, and a cement patio fire pit just steps from the home. Perfect for golfers' weekend, large family or corporate gatherings, the Red Oak Lodge sleeps a maximum of 20 people.

The lovely interior carries an updated Northwoods theme and provides open concept common areas. The main floor offers a master bedroom with king bed and futon along with an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The roomy kitchen is well stocked, and comes with full size appliances including a dishwasher and opens up to the dining and living rooms where guests will be swept away by the knotty pine cathedral ceilings. In addition to breakfast bar seating, the dining table sits up to eight guests for everything from a casual breakfast to a holiday dinner. Ample counter space and cabinetry provide storage and prep area. A gas fireplace and mounted 4K smart tv which can be viewed from the kitchen add to the amenities offered in the guest friendly common areas.

For privacy and added space, head upstairs where two more bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft with two queen size beds are located. The loft is furnished and makes a great sleeping space for additional guests. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other, a king. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided!

Bring on the sports fun because this home's lower level has what it takes to accommodate everything from fantasy draft to football Sunday. The lower level boasts a beautifully finished family room with cozy furniture including a sectional sofa sleeper, smart tv, and classic arcade games. A ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey, and other games along with a wet bar with mini fridge offer additional entertainment amenities. For overnight guests, there are three additional bedrooms with yet another full bathroom to accommodate the occupants of the lower level without walking upstairs. The first two bedrooms have a queen size bed while the third is equipped with a queen size bunk bed. A basement utility room with washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

The Red Oak Lodge sits in Badger Court within view of the golf course and is in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 20, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.

The stay was good. The ceiling fan was so dusty we didn’t turn it on. Also there were light bulbs burned out that should be replaced. Otherwise the place was great for us.

This house was amazing! The kids/teens loved the downstairs gameroom & bedrooms. Nice walk to the clubhouse & pools. Golf course was convenient. We loved it being close to all the Dells attractions. Definitely would stay again

We had 12 people ranging from 4 to 70 years old. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms meant we weren’t running over each other. Large game room, kitchen, and living room provided plenty of space for congregating. Kids loved the games. We did not use the golf course, and the paddle board lake was small and weedy. Enjoyed the pool and restaurant. Proximity to Dells/Lake Delton attractions was a huge plus.

My husband and I did a get away to have an intimate wedding- the management company was amazing and even bought us a cake to celebrate. Would stay again!

The house was very clean and entertaining for kids. We were a 10 minute drive from the big water parks. The basement was colder than the rest of the house, but we found extra blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes, but had no staple food items (cooking spray, spices, etc). Walmart was close by, so it wasn’t a big issue. I would recommend this house!

Highly recommend this place! We were all happy in this house. They celebrated the New Year. The house is very clean, it smells very nice, and when we saw a big table, we were very pleasantly surprised, because always when you go with friends, there are not enough seats for everyone, and we all sit next to each other, but there was a very nice and big table! In the basement there are games and table hockey and a table for ping pong, everyone is very satisfied, both adults and children! Thank you very much for a nice house, we had a good time there ;)

Everything about the property was exactly as described. Beautiful home, very clean, and the lodge restaurant and pool are a huge bonus! The weekend served as our family Christmas, and the property was perfect! Only minor issue was that we requested early check-in a week in advance, due to our travel schedule and having an infant that we were hoping could take a nap in the afternoon. Management company said they would try, and we were appreciative of even that. On check-in day, called a few times and was told they would call me when ready. Never called. When arrived at the property at the original check-in time, the cleaning crew was sitting in their running cars and didn’t pull out until exactly 4 p.m. It appeared as if they were trying to not let us have access until exactly 4. Just thought it was a little strange. We would return, of course, but would expect that early check-in would not be an option at this property.

Good location and plenty of space for our family Christmas time together. Everyone enjoyed the game / family room. Great having 2 refrigerators with ice makers. Good supply of kitchen dishes and tools. Everything we needed. Christmas lights in the Dells are great too.

We had 6 adults and 7 kids and it worked perfectly! The rooms are all awesome. The space was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with anything you needed. Would def stay here again.

Lower level was very cold I would suggest getting a tv stand with electric fireplace in for a little warm up we spent most of our time down stairs but had to ho up and warm up then go back down

The home was ok and the resort facilities were very nice. There were11 of us; 6 adults and 5 children ages 7 to 12) and the short distance to the Dells was really nice. The home advertised a pinball machine and electronic game. Neither of these worked at all. In addition, there was not table service for 11 in the home. Overall it was ok, but a little disappointed for the price.
