The cutest place!

This little place was perfect for us! It was close to everything but still tucked away enough that it felt more remote. Being directly on the beach/ river was spectacular. It was beautiful and serene. Communication with the property manager was very easy and check in/ out procedures we're smooth. We will definitely book again!

Gorgeous view/Comfy stay

From the beautiful landscape and beach to the cozy and clean atmosphere inside the cabin, this place is worth every penny and we will definitely be staying again! Everything was fully stocked and the personal beach front made Birdhouse our own little paradise! Stay here if you like warm welcomes, peace and quite, stunning waterfronts!

Sweet Escape from summer season in Dells

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was clean and had all the amenities described during our booking process. Highly recommend for couples looking to enjoy the Dells while also having the quietness of a laid back vacation!

Neat place in dells

Easy access to kayaking on the Wisconsin River. The same path they take the duck tours through. Nice fire pit area by beach next to river. To the right is privacy, to the left is a resort with the occasional person wandering past the privacy signs and onto the property. Not really an inconvenience. Pet friendly.

Quaint and great view

We stayed here to go hiking in the area. The property was exactly what we expected. A quaint place with a sizeable grass area by the water (with a lot of stairs to get there). We always appreciate dog friendly accommodations. If I could change something it would be to have duvet comforters where the duvets are washed with the linen. I really liked how the deck was completely closed so we could be on it with our dog. The area was quiet, and centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

Surprising find

We loved that this property felt homey and offered a quiet retreat from the busy-ness of the Dells area. Our teenage daughters loved hanging out at the private beach. The location was close enough to main attractions (entertainment, shopping) but far enough away to not have to be immersed. We had a great time!

July Weekend

Great location right on the Lower Dells river and pretty much right next to the boat launch. Very clean and tidy. Minutes from everything in the Dells. Owners live next door along with a resort on the other side, so it’s not super private. If that’s not an issue for you then it’s a perfect place. I would stay again.

Poor Air conditioner at the Bird House

This property had a very smaill air conditioner that had no chance of cooling down this very small house regardless of what the outside temp would be..... the 2 nights we stayed, it happened to be in the low 90's and the inside of the house was very uncomfortable especially in the bedroom. 2 fans were present but did very little to do anything.....

Family Vacation

Everything was great. No issues with check-in. It was a nice space to come back to each night and unwind after all the fun activities the Dells has to offer. The beach was great! Love having that space to let the kids roam and play.

Fun Stay in Wisconsin Dells

Great location on the river, dog friendly. Private beach, but next to two well kept resorts offering water activities and restaurant. Also a public boat launch and beach within walking distance. Coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the river, enough said.
