Enjoy this beautiful 1,500 square feet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private condo with river views that is located just a few minutes away from everything Wisconsin Dells has to offer. This condo is privately owned and can be accessed by a key code provided so no waiting in long lines to check in.
This unit is perfect for families or group gatherings. It can sleep 6 guests comfortably with a master bedroom that has a king size bed and two queen beds in the guest room.
It is also equipped with a full kitchen with cookware and utensils, two fireplaces, a Jacuzzi tub and a private washer and dryer. The unit has a full bathroom and ¾ bathroom attached to the master bedroom.
Free waterpark passes and free WIFI are included.
Only minutes away from the action enjoy the scenic drive that winds along river road where you can view sandstone rock formations that are well known in the Dells area. Chula Vista is a full resort experience with over 200,000 square feet of water parks indoor and outdoor, Spa Del Sol, fine dining with Kaminiski’s Chophouse and other great restaurants, a riverwalk and an 18 hole golf course. This truly is a year round getaway.

Very nice condo

Would have been 5 stars overall rental was great and very easy, but the service at Chula Vista has gone down the drain. The water park bar was fine, but any other place was terrible. We did not try Kaminskis this time, last time they were great. The Kilboirne grill had about 5 tables and they said we had to wait because they had no servers. Couldn’t order food in bar because the grill was behind. The coffee bar took at least a half hour each time to get a simple cup of coffee. The lady at the front desk argued about giving wristbands. Condo was everything we wanted and more priced right. Unfortunately the hotel has gone downhill fast.

Great Wisconsin Dells condo

This property allowed us to get the most out of our winter weekend stay in the Dells. Chula Vista is a resort that's close enough to town to afford easy access to all that the Dells area has to offer, yet secluded and full of entertainment options. We made use of the adjacent waterpark -- the owner made it easy for us to pick up the included waterpark passes at the front desk and there's an underground passageway so you don't have to go outside in the winter to get there. The condo itself can handle a large family. We had lots of space for the four of us to spread out, yet come together for games around the table while enjoying the warmth of the adjacent fireplace. The kitchen was a nice perk. Plenty of room in the refrigerator for drinks and leftovers from our excursions to restaurants in town. And while we didn't try it out, the in-unit whirlpool looked very inviting. Someday we'll come back in the warmer months. There are outdoor pools, plus golf and loads of other activities to choose from. The owner was very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to help us. Great communication both before and after our stay.

Easy Check In and Great Room!

The check in process was so easy and communication was very quick and responsive. The bedding was very comfortable and hot tub was a hit! Will def be booking again for our next Dells visit.

Very spacious suite with everything you need!

My family only stayed one night we went to the Dells fest so we didnt spend much time at resort but the suite had everything you need! The only problem we had was the jacuzzi wasnt working .

Great location. Wonderful condo

The property was great. Didn’t even have to leave there if you didn’t want to it had everything. Easy access to downtown. Restaurants on the property. Great pools for the kids. No waiting in line for anything
