The apartment is located right on the Kappe Adventure Mountain!!!
The bike/climbing park, toboggan run, Veltins Ice Arena, and the ski area with its ski lift carousel are all within walking distance!!!

The apartment was renovated in 2020, features free Wi-Fi, and is furnished in a Scandinavian style. The result is a comfortable, stylish, and harmonious living oasis!
This apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette (dishes, Senseo pod coffee maker, tea and teapot, electric kettle, microwave, …). The large balcony is also furnished.
You first enter the hallway, where you’ll find a coat rack, a coat stand, a shoe rack, and a 5-door wardrobe, all of which provide storage space for everything you’d like to store there.
To the left of the apartment door is the bedroom with two single beds; a few steps further on is the bathroom, equipped with hand and shower towels (95°C wash), hand soap, and a hair dryer.
Opposite the front door, you’ll find the living/sleeping area. On the left is a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table with chairs; on the right is a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The living room is divided into three areas: the cooking/dining area as described above, and a sleeping area with a bed measuring 1.40 x 200 cm. Curtains hang in this area, serving as room dividers to ensure privacy and create a cozy atmosphere. A linen closet, as well as cozy blankets, are available here.
The last area of the room can serve as a sleeping area for the 5th and 6th guests, as we have a sleeper sofa (1.40 x 200 cm) here; alternatively, this area can be used as a seating area for watching TV or simply relaxing.
We provide bed linens and towels free of charge (laundered at 95°C)!
On the large, covered balcony with a view of the Bobhaus and the Panoramabrücke, you can comfortably wind down at the end of the day.
