**The Space**

Beautiful one bedroom condo overlooking the Gondola and The Village Plaza.

This condo features a modern bathroom with a copper vanity, sink, and mirror

in the bedroom providing extra room to get ready for the day. New cabinets,

contemporary track lighting through the kitchen and living area, and a leather

sofa and arm chair, make this condo a must stay for comfort and convenience to

all that is going on at the base.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed, work desk, vanity sink, and

extra closet space.

A sleeper sofa pulls out in the living area for additional sleeping. This

condo will comfortably sleep 2-4 people.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.

Location can’t be beat

Really enjoyed this condo. It’s right off the elevator. Which - can be very noisy but it’s super convenient. Close to stairs too. Even with the noise/traffic, most everyone is in their own condos way before noise would be an issue. It really didn’t bother me at all. Being so close to elevator was very nice. The communication/check in process wasn’t real clear but all worked out. I wasn’t aware I was renting from a company - I just assumed it was an individual owner like the other units I’ve rented in this building. It’s not. That means there’s no personal touches like in other places we’ve stayed in Winterpark - games, notes, wine, lanyard for room key etc. It was a hotel feel in a condo. Nothing left behind in the kitchen like spices etc that have typically gathered over the season. Kitchen was adequate for the 2 of us. Not what I was expecting based on previous rentals at zephyr lodge but all in all totally fine. The condo was perfect for what we needed and I loved the location and the deck overlooking the square area. Condo was super clean. Towels were fresh and smelled nice. Which is a must for me. Could def use a few more throw blankets - bed was good. Nice box fan in bedroom for summer (or white noise in winter). The fireplace was amazing. Dried all our damp ski gear. All in all really great place. I would def go back esp now that I know the deal renting from a company. Overall 5 stars.
