  • Evite el tráfico a Fraser y el estacionamiento lleno de gente en la estación de esquí. Reserve este apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños en Winter Park para su próxima escapada a la montaña. El servicio de traslado gratuito a Winter Park para esquiadores se detiene en nuestro camino. Desde nuestro condominio, puede acceder a millas de raquetas de nieve y pistas de esquí de fondo.

    Nuestro condominio completamente remodelado cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, TV HD inteligente, cable y wifi gratuito. El dormitorio principal del piso principal tiene una cama king size, televisión de pantalla plana y un baño remodelado con una gran ducha de vapor y calefacción por suelo radiante. Las puertas francesas se abren a un balcón privado con una hermosa vista del bosque que domina el arroyo Vasquez.

    El dormitorio de invitados de la planta principal tiene una cama doble y baño completo adyacente.

    El tercer dormitorio es un gran loft de nivel superior con una cama doble y literas (doble en total), TV de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y un baño completo.

    La habitación familiar tiene una chimenea de gas y una televisión de alta definición inteligente con cable y Netflix. Las puertas francesas se abren al balcón privado con una parrilla de gas. La sala de barro está equipada con lavadora, secadora y armario de esquí. El condominio cuenta con una gran cantidad de DVD y libros para que disfruten nuestros huéspedes.

    Se proporciona aparcamiento cubierto gratuito. Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el mismo nivel que el estacionamiento, por lo que no debe llevar equipaje y esquís subir y bajar tramos de escaleras. Como estamos ubicados en el último piso, no tendrás a nadie encima de ti.

    Nuestro condominio se encuentra a poca distancia de las tiendas y restaurantes en el centro de Winter Park. Desde el condominio, puede acceder a senderos forestales ilimitados para ciclismo de montaña, senderismo, raquetas de nieve y esquí de fondo.

    El servicio de traslado gratuito de Winter Park se detiene en nuestra propiedad cada 30 minutos durante la temporada de esquí. Estamos ubicados a 4 millas de la montaña de esquí Winter Park, a unos 5 minutos en coche.

Creekside in Winter Park

We had a great week skiing in Winter Park. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Short drive to the slopes and location to dining was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect ski getaway

Our family of five loved this cozy condo. It has the feel of a family home- fun art on the walls and comfy furniture. Not a cold impersonal rental unit… which can sometimes happen! Great location- good access to town and easy shuttle to the mountain.

Fantastic accommodations close to town & mountain

Check in was super easy. Shuttle to the mountain is just outside the door. Covered parking was great. Property is exactly as advertised - really clean, functional, great sleeping spaces. Would highly recommend.

The condo that we rented was wonderful. Very nicely appointed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Very clean. Everything that you need for a five day stay or longer. Communication with the owner was very prompt. Would definitely do it again.

First time to Winter Park

Andrea’s property was absolutely amazing! It’s cozy and charming. She has included so many special touches like Christmas decorations, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and mountain furnishings. We loved it!! Andrea was also very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I would 100% stay at her condo again. We are already planning our spring ski trip! Thank you so much Andrea for a wonderful vacation!!!

Great condo

It is creekside and you can hear and see the bubbly brook below. The ski shuttle is just across the street. The kitchen had all we needed and the condo is super comfy. Just watch the spiral staircase to the loft which is a great space, but these stairs are narrowly spaced and be sure to wear shoes on them as slippers and socks may slip. You could walk to the town and numerous restaurants and it's a 2 minute drive. Grill worked great and the living area heated up fast. We'd definitely stay here again.

The PERFECT Ski Condo

My family of four and a friend booked this place to come ski Winter Park. The ONLY way this place could have been better would be if it were a ski-in/ski-out, but they would probably charge a lot more for that. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, communication was excellent, the location was convenient to town and the slopes, there were plenty of hooks for hanging ski gear overnight, and the view was picturesque, with a babbling brook running through the snow. We slept with the porch door cracked open to hear the brook, and we slept like babies. This place had been recently renovated and the bathrooms were very nice as well. I don't know that I have stayed in better equipped rental for skiing in over 15 years!

Great getaway!

Cozy and convenient! The space was well-used in the condo and having 3 bathrooms was awesome. Great location and super close to the Winter Park shuttle. We had 3 teens and 3 adults and there was plenty of room to be functional. The only thing that would have added to the stay was more lounge space or comfortable seating in the main/living area. we couldn’t really all just comfortably lay around together and watch a movie or play a game. Also the top space with the 3 beds/bunk was open/a loft to the main living area. It ended up being fine for us, but if that group is noisy or you have any late nighters in the living room/kitchen, sound might be a concern. That being said, there is a lot in that condo w 3 beds/baths! The fireplace put off great heat and the steam shower was amazing after a day on the mountain! Host was responsive and friendly!

Beautiful Weekend

We didn't even feel like we were in a rental. The decor is lovely, the kitchen is fully equipped with good quality pieces, comfortable beds, good lighting, and the steam shower was wonderful. If we needed it, we found it. Listening to the creek was icing on the cake.

We will for sure be back for our annual ski trips! Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and it’s in such a beautiful spot!

Perfect Winter Park Stay

My family stayed here for our Ski Week; and my husband, twin 9 year-olds, and I all found it perfect. The place is conveniently located near Winter Park Resort and the town. There was lots of room for the 4 of us. Our kids loved all the games, DVDs, books and having their own space upstairs. I appreciated all the hooks and places for our snowboard gear. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the decor was perfect. Having a trail map framed by the dining table really helped us plan our day at the resort. We’d love to come back to Winter Park and stay here again.

Long weekend

The condo is cozy and well maintained. We had 6 adults and fit comfortably. Location is amazing and the creek our back was charming. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We had a great stay...Andrea is a great owner...I immediately locked us out of the condo and Andrea solved the problem within 15 minutes. The condo is well appointed and provides everything you need for a warm and welcome stay after a long day of skiing. Several restaurants and amenities within a few minutes drive. We could not have been more happy with our stay. We can't wait to go back to Winter Park and stay in the exact same condo.
